Moku:Delta, Moku:Pro, and Moku:Go Time & Frequency Analyzer
Liquid Instruments offers the Moku:Delta, Moku:Pro, and Moku:Go Time & Frequency Analyzers, instruments designed for high-resolution interval measurements between user-defined start and stop events. These analyzers provide precise timing analysis capabilities, supporting various acquisition modes and offering detailed statistical analysis of event data.

Moku:Delta
- Interval Measurements: Delivers high-resolution interval measurements with a 5 GSa/s sampling rate and 0.2 ps digital resolution.
- Acquisition Modes: Supports continuous, windowed, or gated acquisition.
- Histograms: Provides real-time and lossless histograms with statistics.
- Timestamp Logging: Features high-resolution timestamp logging to on-board storage for post-processing.
- Event Detectors: Up to eight independent event detectors with configurable thresholds (rising edge, falling edge, or both).
- Minimum Bin Width: 0.2 ps.
- Max Interval Rate: 312.5 MHz.
- Applications: Oscillator analysis, photon counting, jitter and phase noise analysis, linear optical quantum computing, pulsed laser stabilization, time-of-flight and LiDAR systems, particle or neutron detection, and quantum computing/sensing.
Moku:Pro
- Interval Measurements: Offers sub-ns precision interval measurements with a 0.78 ps digital resolution.
- Acquisition Modes: Supports continuous, windowed, or gated acquisition.
- Histograms: Computes histograms of interval duration losslessly and in real-time.
- Timestamp Logging: Logs high-resolution event timestamps to on-board storage.
- Event Detectors: Up to four independent event detectors with configurable thresholds.
- Minimum Bin Width: 0.78 ps.
- Max Interval Rate: 150 MHz.
- Applications: Oscillator analysis, photon counting, jitter analysis, linear optical quantum computing, and pulsed laser stabilization.
Moku:Go
- Interval Measurements: Provides sub-ns precision interval measurements with digital resolutions of 1.95 ps and 7.8 ps for different configurations.
- Acquisition Modes: Supports continuous, windowed, or gated acquisition.
- Histograms: Computes histograms of interval duration losslessly and in real-time.
- Timestamp Logging: Logs high-resolution event timestamps to on-board storage (SD card for Moku:Lab).
- Event Detectors: Up to two independent event detectors with configurable thresholds.
- Minimum Bin Width: 1.95 ps (Moku:Lab) and 7.8 ps (Moku:Go).
- Max Interval Rate: 62.5 MHz (Moku:Lab) and 15 MHz (Moku:Go).
- Applications: Oscillator analysis, photon counting, jitter analysis, linear optical quantum computing, and pulsed laser stabilization.
All instruments can be combined with other Liquid Instruments devices in Multi-Instrument Mode for system-level characterization and feedback control.
