Terms and Conditions
All Alarm.com service packages are charged a one-time $15.00 Account Activation Fee.* If an Alarm.com module that was already in service is assigned to a new customer, a new customer account must be created and the Account Activation Fee will be applied to the new account.
Terms: All orders and all Alarm.com Services provided under the Service Packages described in this pricing schedule or otherwise, require, and are subject to: a signed Alarm.com Service Provider Agreement. All prices are in U.S. Dollars.
The prices herein may be increased by an Incremental Duty & Import Tariff. Alarm.com will only charge Service Provider the Incremental Duty & Import Tariff if actually imposed on and paid by Alarm.com. The actual increase for each service or product may vary according to trade policies in place at the time. The amount of the Incremental Duty & Import Tariff assigned to each applicable product will be communicated by Alarm.com as incurred.
*The Connected Installation and Cellular Sensor Account service packages are not subject to the Account Activation Fee.
Minimum Volume Requirement: Following a 180-day grace period beginning on the Service Provider Agreement execution date, Service Provider will be charged a $50 fee in any monthly billing cycle in which Service Provider does not have at least five (5) activated, paying, non-demo Alarm.com customer accounts.
