Product Overview
The R. STAHL Series 8146/5-V27 molded case circuit breakers are designed for motor protection in Ex e and Ex d environments, as well as for associated conductors and systems. The standard versions are equipped with an adjustable, phase-sensitive thermal overcurrent release or an electromagnetic quick release, which must be specified during the ordering process. These features cannot be retrofitted.
The circuit breakers offer conductor and system protection for Ex e and Ex d motors. They feature a robust enclosure made of glass fibre reinforced polyester resin. Optional features include an undervoltage release, shunt trip, ammeter, and auxiliary contact.
