Notice for installation
- Installation must be done by a licensed electrician.
- Improper installation may result in personal injury or death and property damage.
- Prepare the necessary tools and accessories before installation.
- Please read the EP800 Energy Storage System User Manual.
- Check whether the open circuit voltage of the solar array is lower than 500V and the cable connection condition.
- Make sure the router is set to IEEE 802.11 b/g/n 2.4GHz and disable the 5GHz band.
- Make an App training for customers and tell them the attention items.
- Keep the total load connected to the EP800 BACKUP terminal within the specified range: 3800W for single-phase and 7600W for split-phase installations.
- Do not connect the grid cables to the EP800 BACKUP terminal.
