Troubleshooting Guide
If you encounter issues, please refer to the following solutions. For unresolved problems, contact customer support via email.
Q: Why can't these earbuds pair with my phone?
A:
- Ensure the earbuds are fully charged and powered on.
- Verify that your phone's Bluetooth is turned on.
- If the above points are correct, place the earbuds back into the charging case, close it for 1 minute, then remove them and attempt to reconnect with your phone.
Note: Earbuds automatically connect to the last paired device. To pair with a new device, forget "X07" from the previous device's Bluetooth list.
Q: Why does the music cut in or cut out?
A:
- Ensure the distance between the earbuds and your phone does not exceed 33 feet (without obstacles).
- If the distance is within 33 feet, try the following:
- Place the earbuds into the charging case and "forget" "X07" from your phone's Bluetooth list.
- After 1 minute, take the earbuds out of the charging case.
- Search for "X07" on your phone's Bluetooth and reconnect.
Q: How can I do when the earbuds can't be charged?
A:
- Check if the earbuds are out of battery. If so, use the USB-C cable to charge them. Full charging takes approximately 2.5 hours.
- If battery is not the issue, check the earbuds and case charging contacts:
- Ensure the charging pins [charging-pin] on the earbuds and the charging case are clean. Use a cotton swab [cotton-swab] lightly dampened with alcohol to wipe them.
- Verify that the earbuds can be turned on normally.
- Confirm that the charging case itself is charged and can be charged.
Q: Poor sound quality, how to deal with this issue?
A:
- Ensure you have selected the correct eartips and rotated the earbuds to a comfortable angle in your ears.
- The earbuds may be dirty. Use a cotton swab [cotton-swab] lightly dampened with alcohol to wipe the mesh [protective-grille] of the earbuds.
