04 First Time Using
- Prior to first use, please ensure to remove the protective film from the earbuds.
- Insert the earbuds into the charging case and connect both the earbuds and the charging case to a power source using the provided Type-C charging cable. Allow them to charge for at least 10 minutes, especially if they haven't been used for an extended period. It is crucial not to remove the earbuds from the case while they are being charged.

05 Correct Wearing
Please refer to the diagram below to ensure the correct positioning of the earbuds for optimal comfort. Adjust the earbuds to the most comfortable position once they are properly inserted.

07 Maintenance
Care for Earbuds:
Please clean your earbuds regularly using a pointed cotton swab for optimal performance and hygiene.
- Clean the charging contacts regularly.
- Clean the protective grille regularly.
Regular cleaning of both the charging contacts and the protective grille will help maintain the quality and functionality of your earbuds.

Care for Charging Case:
1. Please ensure to regularly charge your K08 charging case using the included Charging Cable and a charger (not included). Input: DC 5V.
Additionally, it is recommended to clean the charging pins of the case regularly using a pointed cotton swab.
Regular charging and cleaning of the charging pins will help maintain the functionality and performance of your K08 charging case.
08 Pairing and Connection
Stereo Mode:
Open the charging case and take both earbuds out. The earbuds will automatically enter the pairing mode. During pairing mode, the LED indicator light on the earbuds will flash red and blue alternately. If your earbuds are in the standby state, waiting to connect but fail to do so within 5 minutes, they will automatically power off. In such cases, you can manually power them on by tapping and holding each earbud for 2 seconds.
To connect your earbuds to your device, please proceed as follows:
- Access the Bluetooth settings on your device.
- From the list of available devices, select "K08" to initiate the connection.
- Once successfully connected, you will hear a prompt saying "connected."

Mono Mode:
To use only one earbud, simply take out one earbud from the charging case. To transition from using both earbuds to using only one earbud, place one of the earbuds back into the charging case.

09 Friendly Reminder
After the initial pairing, the K08 earbuds will remember the first device they were paired with. When you take out the earbuds from the charging case and your first device is nearby, they will automatically reconnect to it. To pair the earbuds with a new device, follow these methods:
If the initial device is out of range or more than 33 feet (10 meters) away, simply take out the earbuds and pair them with the new device.
If the initial device is within range, disconnect the earbuds from it first. Then, take out the earbuds and pair them with the new device.

10 Smart Touch Control
Music Control:
- Play/Pause: Double tap R/L earbud
- Previous Music Track: Triple tap on "L" earbud
- Next Music Track: Triple tap on "R" earbud
- Volume Up: Long tap on "R" earbud
- Volume Down: Long tap on "L" earbud
Voice Assistance:
- Activate Voice Assistant: Triple tap on "R" or "L" earbud (pause music first)
- Exit Voice Assistant: Triple tap on "R" or "L" earbud
Phone Calls Control:
- Answer/End Call: Double tap on "R" or "L" earbud
- Reject Call: Long tap on "R" or "L" earbud for 2 seconds
Power On/Off:
- Power on: Method 1: Take earbuds out of charging case. Method 2: Long tap on earbud for 2 seconds.
- Power off: Method 1: Place earbuds back into charging case. Method 2: Long tap on earbud for 5 seconds (this method is for earbuds disconnected from a device).

11 How to Reset
- Take both earbuds out of the charging case.
- Ensure that both earbuds are disconnected from any devices.
- Simultaneously tap both the right (R) and left (L) earbuds five times.
12 How to sync volume with Android Devices?
- Find "Settings" on your phone.
- Enable "Bluetooth".
- Pair and connect with your "K08".
- Click the "set" button on the right of "K08" on the Bluetooth list.
- Enable "Sync volume with phone".

13 Charging
Earbuds Charging:
Place earbuds into the charging case; they will then be charged. The indicator light of the earbud remains red while charging and disappears once fully charged.
Charging Case Charging:
Fully dry off the charging cable and the USB port before charging. Use a certified charger and the USB C cable provided to prevent any damage. Please use the provided USB C cable to connect the charging case to the power supply (Input: DC 5V).

Q: What should I do if earbuds do not charge when I put them into the case?
A: 1. Ensure the charging case has sufficient power; charge it first if necessary. 2. If the case has power, inspect the charging contacts and pins inside the case for dirt or dust. Clean them with a pointed cotton swab dipped in alcohol.

Q: Why are earbuds disconnected from the device or is the sound cutting in/out?
A: Connectivity issues can be due to factors like the connected device or the environment. Bluetooth signals can be affected by obstacles such as walls, pillars, home appliances, and Wi-Fi signals. To ensure a stable connection, avoid such obstructions. Try these steps:
- Fully charge your earbuds and reset them as described earlier. Then, re-pair them with your device.
- Test the earbuds by playing a downloaded song or video to check if the audio is clear and consistent.
- Verify the performance by connecting them to another Bluetooth device in a different environment.
Q: Why am I unable to adjust the volume by tapping and holding either earbud?
A: This is by design when music is paused. To adjust volume at this status:
Method 1: Adjust volume via the phone's volume buttons.
Method 2: Play music again, then you can adjust volume via long tap on the right or left earbud.

Q: Earbuds cannot pair with my new device, why?
A: Ensure the K08 headphones are disconnected from your previous paired device before pairing with a new one, and that they have sufficient battery. Ensure your new device has Bluetooth functionality. If these conditions are met but pairing fails, reset your K08 headphones:
- Take both K08 earbuds out of the charging case.
- Ensure they are not connected to any device, then tap both earbuds five times simultaneously.
- Place both earbuds back into the charging case, then take them out again. They are now reset. Proceed with pairing to connect them to your device.

Q: Sound of earbuds is too low, how to fix it?
A: Ensure both your headphone volume and your phone volume are set to the maximum level and are synchronized. If the sound remains low, it indicates the grille might be dirty. Please clean the grille with a pointed cotton swab.
