11.3 Failsafe RTH

Drone enters Return to Home Mode if signal between drone and transmitter is lost. Drone flies back from about 100 feet and rebinds to transmitter. When drone is back in view, you can control it again.

WARNING: This drone is NOT equipped with obstacle-avoidance.

12.0 Headless Mode

Hold the Headless Mode button on the transmitter for 3 seconds to exit GPS MODE. Press the button to enter Headless Mode. Press again to exit Headless Mode.

Under Headless Mode, the forward direction is the direction the drone's head faces when it takes off. To ensure pilot can tell drone's direction, it is recommended to stay in the same orientation as the drone's head when it takes off. If so, pushing the direction joystick forward makes the drone fly forward; backward makes it fly towards the pilot; left/right moves it left/right relative to the pilot. Maintaining the same orientation as the drone's head at takeoff is crucial.

13.0 Camera Functions

The drone's camera supports taking photos and videos.

Do not take photos when shooting a video!

When using the HS-GPS PRO app, original photos and videos are compressed and saved to the smartphone. Original images and videos are also saved in the TF card. To access them, press the TF card slightly to take it out, then insert it into the card reader and into a computer's USB outlet. Images can also be viewed in the App.

14.0 Replace the Landing Gear

Steps to replace landing gear:

  1. The landing gear shells are marked "L" for left and "R" for right.
  2. There are two locks on the bottom. Press and hold down the lock, and pull the lock-side landing gear out.
  3. Rotate landing gears outward at an angle of about 90 degrees to take them out.
