Product Structure

Charging Case

The charging case houses the earbuds and provides power for charging.

Earbuds

Two wireless earbuds, left and right, for audio playback and calls.

Charging Port

Located on the charging case, typically a USB-C port, for recharging the case.

Functions

Power On/Off

Power On: Remove earbuds from the charging case. They will power on automatically. Alternatively, press and hold the touch control area on each earbud for a few seconds.

Power Off: Place earbuds back into the charging case. They will power off automatically. Alternatively, press and hold the touch control area on each earbud for a few seconds until a power-off tone is heard.

Pairing

1. Remove earbuds from the charging case. They will enter pairing mode automatically (indicated by flashing lights).
2. On your device (phone, tablet, computer), go to Bluetooth settings.
3. Select "C99" from the list of available devices.
4. Once paired, the indicator lights will stop flashing.

Play/Pause Music

Tap the touch control area on either earbud once.

Next Track

Double-tap the touch control area on the right earbud.

Previous Track

Double-tap the touch control area on the left earbud.

Volume Up

Press and hold the touch control area on the right earbud.

Volume Down

Press and hold the touch control area on the left earbud.

Answer/End Call

Tap the touch control area on either earbud once during an incoming call or active call.

Reject Call

Press and hold the touch control area on either earbud for 2 seconds during an incoming call.

Activate Voice Assistant (Siri/Google Assistant)

Triple-tap the touch control area on either earbud.

Troubleshooting

Issue: Cannot Pair Earbuds

Solution: Ensure earbuds are charged. Reset earbuds by placing them in the case, closing the lid, waiting 10 seconds, and then opening the lid. Forget "C99" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.

Issue: No Sound from One or Both Earbuds

Solution: Check if earbuds are properly connected to your device. Ensure volume is turned up on both the device and the earbuds. Try cleaning the earbud contacts and charging case contacts.

Issue: Low Volume

Solution: Check volume levels on your device and earbuds. Ensure earbuds are seated correctly in your ears. Clean the speaker grilles.

Issue: Intermittent Connection / Audio Stuttering

Solution: Ensure you are within Bluetooth range (typically 10 meters / 33 feet). Reduce interference from other wireless devices or physical obstructions. Update your device's Bluetooth drivers.
