Functions and Operation

Cautions

Troubleshooting
- Q: Wireless earphones fail to pair with the phone.
- A: Check if earphones are in pairing mode and phone Bluetooth is enabled. Remove earphones from the phone's Bluetooth list and re-pair following the manual instructions.
- Q: Cannot turn on the wireless earphones.
- A: Check if the battery is low.
- Q: Can the battery of the wireless earphones be replaced?
- A: No, the lithium polymer battery is irreplaceable.
- Q: Wireless earphones disconnected within 10 meters.
- A: Bluetooth is sensitive to obstructions. Check for metal objects or other interference between the earphones and the connected device within the effective range.
- Q: Cannot hear audio when earphones are connected to a computer or phone.
- A: Ensure the computer's audio output is set to the wireless device and that Bluetooth supports the A2DP protocol. Verify that the volume is turned up on your phone or computer.
- Q: Can I operate phone Apps through the earphones after connecting?
- A: Some apps may not support control via earphones due to their specific settings.
