Assembly Instructions

  1. STEP 1: Insert Axle (9) through Gasket (C), Wheel (8), Gasket (C), and R Pin (H), then through the hole in Leg (5). Repeat for the other wheel and Leg (6).
  2. STEP 2: Take Left Front & Rear Legs (6) (5) and use Bolt (A) to assemble the Footer Beam (7) through the holes. Repeat for the Right Front & Rear Legs (10) (11).
  3. STEP 3: Lift the Chamber (13) onto the Body Frame. Align the Chamber holes with the Frame holes and secure with Bolt (I), Gasket (L), Gasket (M), and Nut (J) in order, using the Hex wrench (N).
  4. STEP 4: Use bolts (B) inserted through Gasket (E) and Lid (1) directly to the Lid handle base (18) and Lid Handle (19), then tighten. Do not over-tighten.
  5. STEP 5: Insert Hopper top case (2) into Hopper burner Assembly (3), align the holes. Use bolts (F) to tighten. Insert Bolt (G) through the Hopper Handle (4) and into the Hopper.
  6. STEP 6:
    1. Open the Lid, insert the Hopper into the Chamber, then use Bolts (B) and Gaskets (E) to install it in sequence from inside.
    2. Locate the RTD plug-in connector coming from the mounted RTD inside the grill frame. Connect this with the mating connector located on the outside of the hopper burner assembly. NOTE: Excess wire on the RTD plug should remain outside the Chamber.
  7. STEP 7: Use Bolts (A) to install the Side Shelf Handle (14) from the outside of the Grill Chamber. Place the Side Shelf (15) on the Side Handle.
  8. STEP 8: Tighten the Chimney Cap (17) on the Smoke Stack Assembly (16). Align the holes in the Smoke Stack (16) with holes in the Smoke Stack Gasket (25), which fits between the right end of the Grill and the Smoke Stack (2). Insert Hexagon Bolts (D) through the holes in the Smoke Stack (16) and the Smoke Stack Gasket (25). Place Gasket (E) on each Bolt and secure with Hexagon Nut (K).

  11. STEP 11: Position the Porcelain Grills (22) inside the chamber. Install the Warming Rack (23) on the rack supports inside the chamber.
  12. STEP 12: Hang the Grease Bucket (12) on the Grease Drain Tube.

Operating Instructions

Users must read this manual carefully and follow it step by step before starting the SMOKER Grill for the first time and each time the grill runs out of pellets.

  1. Remove the Pellet Grills, Warming Rack, Grease Drain Pan, and Heat Baffle from the interior of the grill.
  2. Open the Pellet Hopper Lid; ensure no foreign objects are in the Auger and Hopper.
  3. With the Switch in the "Shut Down Cycle" position, plug the power cord into a 110-120 Volt AC grounded outlet.
  4. Press the button to turn on the Grill and turn the Temperature Dial to the SMOKE position.
  5. Please check the following:

(WARNING: Please do not touch it!)

    • Confirm the Auger is turning (wait 1-2 minutes).
    • Hold fingers above the Firepot to confirm the fan is blowing air through it.
    • The hot rod will heat up, and heat should be sensed (takes approximately 1-2 minutes).
    • A temperature number should be displayed on the LCD DISPLAY. If an ERROR CODE is displayed, refer to troubleshooting for details.
  6. Turn the Temperature Dial to SHUT DOWN CYCLE (draft fan will stay on for 10 minutes).
  7. Fill the Pellet Hopper with Pellets. Turn the Temperature Dial to HIGH. Once pellets start to drop through the tube, turn the Temperature Dial to SHUT DOWN CYCLE. Leave the grill until it shuts off automatically.
  8. Turn the Temperature Dial to SMOKE. Allow pellets to come to full flame. Once flames are coming out of the Firepot, turn the Temperature Dial to SHUT DOWN CYCLE and let the grill cool down.

ALWAYS START THE GRILL ON SMOKE SETTING WITH THE LID OPEN!

After the Pellets are ignited, users can turn the Temperature Dial to any cooking temperature desired. Do not turn the Temperature Dial to SHUT DOWN CYCLE while in use.

★ (Feed button): Pressing and holding the Feed button will activate feeding pellets into the firepot.

⚠ WARNING! This product smoker grill will become very hot; do not move it during operation.

WARNING! Keep children and pets away.

WARNING! In case of carbon monoxide poisoning danger, do not use the product rotisserie grill indoors.

WARNING! Do not use the barbecue in a confined and/or habitable space (e.g., houses, tents, caravans, motor homes, boats).

WARNING! Remove all packaging materials and keep them for future use. Packaging materials are not a toy. Do not let children play with packaging materials; they may suffocate if swallowed.

[It is suggested to wrap the Grease Drain Pan with heavy-duty aluminum foil before using for easier cleaning.]

  1. Place components back in place. Open the lid and turn the Temperature Dial to SMOKE. After a few minutes, when whitish-gray smoke appears, close the lid and turn the Temperature Dial to any desired cooking setting.
  2. Set the Temperature Dial to HIGH and let the grill run for 45 minutes at this setting to rid it of any foreign matter. This step must be done before cooking any food.
  3. Preheat the grill for 10 minutes before adding food. This allows the grill to heat up faster and quickly reach the desired cooking temperature. Adding food sooner will slow down the heating process.
