Assembly Steps
- Step 1: Slide the central manifold (D) through the rotary drum (A) and attach using M6 bolt & nut fixing (K).
- Step 2: Attach the outlet elbow (E) to the central manifold (D) and tighten, remembering to insert the washer behind the fly nut.
- Step 3: Push the drum joiner (H) onto the rotary drum (A).
- Step 4: Push the second rotary drum (A) onto the other side of the drum joiner (H).
- Step 5: Slide the 2 spacers (F) onto the central manifold (D), one on each side, with the cones facing inwards towards the rotary drums.
- Step 6: Loosely assemble the clamps (J) using the M4 bolts & nuts (L), so that the support frames (B) and axle (C) can slide into them. Position them on the shoulders of the spacers (F).
- Step 7: Slide the support frames (B1-B2) and axle (C) into the clamps (J). Ensure they are pushed fully into position, then tighten all bolts & nuts.
- Step 8: Fit the rewind handle (I) onto one side and the brass inlet connector (G) onto the other side of the central manifold (D).
- Step 9: Position the wheels (M) onto the axle. Gently hammer the spring clips (N) onto the axle, one on each side, with the clips facing outwards, until the wheels are securely held without lateral movement.
- Step 10: Push the hub caps (O) into place to cover the spring clips.
- Step 11: Please tighten all screws.
