Introduction
Thank you for choosing the Healthkeep Electronic Body Fat Scale. This scale is designed to help you conveniently measure various body composition parameters.
The scale can measure the following parameters:

Safety Information
Please read this manual carefully before use and keep it for future reference. Failure to comply with instructions may result in injury or damage to the scale.
CAUTION:
- DO NOT use with medical implants such as pacemakers.
- DO NOT stand on the edge of the scale or jump on it.
- DO NOT overload the scale (Max. 180kg / 396 lbs).
- DO NOT drop the scale or drop objects on it, as this may damage the sensors.
- DO NOT immerse the scale in water or use chemical cleaning agents. Clean the scale with a slightly damp cloth.
- Not recommended for pregnant women. Pregnant women should consult their doctor before use.
- Not recommended for infants, toddlers, and children under 10 years of age.
- Measurement results are for reference only and should not be considered medical advice.
- Consult your doctor before making changes to your diet, exercise plan, or physical activities.
- Always place the scale on a hard, dry, and flat surface before measurement.
- Ensure your feet are dry before stepping on the scale.

Device Components
Main Unit
The main unit consists of a Measurement Platform, a VA Display Screen, and Electrodes located at the four corners of the platform. The underside features a Battery Cover which opens to reveal the Battery Compartment.
Display
The display shows various indicators:
- 1. BATTERY VOLUME: Indicates battery level.
- 2. BLUETOOTH: Indicates Bluetooth connectivity status.
- 3. WEIGHT UNITS: Displays the selected unit (st, lb, kg).
- 4. BODY FAT PERCENTAGE: Shows body fat percentage.
- 5. BODY WATER PERCENTAGE: Shows body water percentage.
- 6. HEART RATE: Displays heart rate.
- 7. WEIGHING FIGURES: Shows the current weight measurement.
- 8. BMI: Displays Body Mass Index.
- 9. MUSCLE MASS: Shows muscle mass.
- 10. BONE MASS: Displays bone mass.
- 11. BODY FAT LEVEL: Indicates body fat level category (e.g., LOW, NORMAL, MODERATE, OBESE, OVER FAT).
Initial Start-up
Download App and Install Batteries:
- Download the "Fitdays" app from the Apple Store or Google Play.
- Register your account using an email or social media account. Add personal data such as gender, username, birthday, body height, and target weight. This data is essential for accurate measurement interpretation. Personal data can be changed or deleted later.
- Lift the battery cover and install the provided AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-) alignment with the compartment indicators.
Pairing Scale with Mobile Phone
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone or tablet. Pair the scale via Bluetooth by navigating to the 'Mine' section in the app, then 'Device', and selecting '+' to find and pair the scale ID. A Bluetooth icon will appear on the scale, and the word "Connected" will show on the app's homepage upon successful connection.
Starting a Measurement
- Place the scale on a hard, flat surface.
- Tap your foot on the scale to activate the display. Wait until it shows "0.0 kg".
- Open the "Fitdays" app and navigate to the homepage. Step onto the scale with bare feet. Stand still for measurement analysis, which will begin automatically.
- Note: If you step on the scale with socks, only weight and BMI will be measured.
- During weighing and analysis, the numbers on the display may flash. When it shows your left and right weight, try to distribute your weight evenly for about 5-10 seconds.
- For heart rate measurement, a heart icon will illuminate on the scale and flash on the app. Remain still and calm for more accurate readings.
- Stay on the scale until the circle shows "Finished". All data will sync to both the scale and the phone.
- View detailed reports, share progress, and check data trends (weekly, monthly, yearly) in the app.
- Users can be added or switched via the app. The scale can recognize users by weight difference and prompt for the correct user. Each account supports up to 24 users.
- Baby Mode: To weigh a baby, an adult should first step on the scale to get their weight. Then, step off and hold the baby while stepping on again. The app will automatically calculate the baby's weight.
Postures to Avoid During Measurement
Incorrect postures can lead to inaccurate body composition measurements:
- Crouching: Avoid squatting positions. [❌]

- Feet not centered: Ensure your feet are properly placed on the electrodes. [❌]

Care and Maintenance
To maintain your Electronic Body Fat Scale in optimal condition:
- Clean the unit with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive or volatile cleaners. The unit is not waterproof; do not immerse it in water.
- Store the unit in a safe, dry location, away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, or humidity. Ensure it is thoroughly dry before storing. Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not subject the unit to strong shocks, such as dropping it.
- Remove batteries if the unit will not be used for three months or longer.
- Use the unit strictly according to the instructions provided in this manual.
