With these features, you can enjoy the convenience and delightful visual experience that the monitor brings to you!

To activate GamePlus:

  1. Press the GamePlus shortcut button.
  2. Use the 5-way button (up/down) to select functions.
  3. Press the 5-way button (right) or the confirmation button to confirm and navigate settings (up/down). Use the left button to go back/exit.
  4. Highlight a setting and press the activation button. Press the 'X' button to inactivate.

Chapter 2: Setup

2.1 Assembling the Monitor Arm/Base

1. Insert the base into the arm.

2. Fix the base to the arm using the bundled screw (M6 x 15 mm).

Recommendation: Cover the table surface with a soft cloth to prevent damage to the monitor during assembly.

2.2 Cable Management

Organize cables using the provided cable management hole.

2.3 Adjusting the Monitor

For optimal viewing, adjust the monitor to a comfortable angle. Hold the stand securely when changing angles.

Pivoting the monitor:

  1. Lift the monitor to its highest position.
  2. Tilt the monitor to its maximum angle.
  3. Pivot the monitor clockwise to the desired angle.

Note: Slight shaking during angle adjustment is normal.

2.4 Detaching the Arm (for VESA Wall Mount)

The monitor arm is detachable for VESA wall mounting (100 x 100 mm).

To detach the arm:

  1. Place the monitor face down on a table (use a soft cloth for protection).
  2. Press the release button to detach the stand (arm and base) from the monitor.

Requirements: Use a UL Listed Wall Mount Bracket with a minimum weight/load capacity of 22.7kg (Screw size: M4 x 10 mm). The VESA wall mount kit is purchased separately.

2.5 Connecting the Cables

After connecting, select the desired signal source from the Input Select item in the OSD menu.

To use the earphone: Connect the earphone jack when an HDMI or DisplayPort signal is active.

Press the power button. The power indicator will light up white, indicating the monitor is ON.

Chapter 3: General Instructions

3.1 OSD (On-Screen Display) Menu

3.1.1 How to Reconfigure

1. Press the 5-way button to activate the OSD menu.

2. Use the 5-way button (up/down) to navigate through functions. Press the 5-way button (enter) to activate a selected function. For sub-menus, navigate with up/down and select with enter or right button.

3. Use the 5-way button (up/down) to adjust settings.

4. To exit and save, press the 'X' button or repeatedly move the 5-way button left until the OSD menu disappears.

Problem Possible Solution
Power LED is not ON
  • Press the power button to check if the monitor is in the ON mode.
  • Check if the power cord is properly connected to the monitor and the power outlet.
The power LED lights white and there is no screen image
  • Check if the monitor and the computer are in the ON mode.
  • Make sure the signal cable is properly connected to the monitor and the computer.
  • Inspect the signal cable and ensure no pins are bent.
  • Connect the computer to another available monitor to verify computer functionality.
Screen image is too light or dark Adjust the Contrast and Brightness settings via OSD.
Screen image bounces or a wave pattern is present
  • Ensure the signal cable is properly connected.
  • Move away any electrical devices that might cause interference.
  • Inspect the signal cable for bent pins.
Screen image has color defects (e.g., white not appearing white)
  • Inspect the signal cable and ensure no pins are bent.
  • Perform an All Reset via OSD.
  • Adjust R/G/B color settings or select a different Color Temperature via OSD.
Brightness decreases after displaying HDR content for a period of time
  • Turn the monitor off and then on again.
  • Disconnect and reconnect the power cord.
  • Reactivate the HDR function on your device.
