Troubleshooting Guide

Problem Solve a Problem
Configuration Issues:
  • Do not use Chinese characters for the Wi-Fi hotspot name and password.
  • Double-check that the entered Wi-Fi password is correct. Incorrect passwords will result in unsuccessful configuration.
Feeder Dispensing Issues:
  • Check if there is an excessive amount of food in the food tray and if the food passage is blocked.
  • Regularly clean the food outlet and food passage.
  • If using battery power, check if the batteries are depleted.
Feeder Shows Offline:
  • Check the distance between the feeder and the router in your home. It should not exceed a range of 10 meters, and there should be no walls obstructing the Wi-Fi signal, as weak signals can cause the product to go offline.
No Response on Powering On:
  • First, check if the power adapter is properly plugged in. If it is plugged in correctly and the indicator light does not turn on, check if the power adapter and power cord are loose or damaged. If the issue persists, please contact customer service for assistance.
