Power On/Off
To Power On: Press and hold the Jog Dial for 1 second.
To Power Off: Press and hold the Jog Dial for 2 seconds.
Status LED: Indicates power status.
DC Power Charging & Firmware Upgrade Port: Connect to charge or upgrade firmware.
Volume Adjustment
To Increase Volume: Rotate the Jog Dial clockwise.
To Decrease Volume: Rotate the Jog Dial counter-clockwise.
Mobile Phone
Answer Call: Tap the Phone Button.
End Call: Tap the Phone Button.
Reject Call: Press and hold the Phone Button for 1 second.
Speed Dial: Double tap the Phone Button.
Call Transfer: Press and hold the Phone Button for 2 seconds during a call.
Voice Command: Say "Hello" after hearing the voice prompt.
Music
Play/Pause: Tap the Jog Dial.
Next Track: Rotate the Jog Dial clockwise.
Previous Track: Rotate the Jog Dial counter-clockwise.
Battery Check
Check Battery: Tap the Phone Button.
Status LED Indicators:
- Green: 70-100%
- Blue: 30-70%
- Red: 0-30%
Bluetooth Pairing: Phone, MP3 and GPS
To Enter Pairing Mode: Press and hold the Phone Button for 5 seconds until the Status LED flashes blue and red alternately.
Pairing with a Device: Select "Sena SPH10H-FM" from the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone, MP3 player, or GPS device.
Enter PIN if prompted: Enter "0000".
Button Operation
Tap: A quick press and release.
1" Press: Press and hold for 1 second.
2" Press: Press and hold for 2 seconds.
5" Press: Press and hold for 5 seconds.
Double Tap: Tap twice quickly.
Triple Tap: Tap three times quickly.
Rotating while Pressing: Press and hold the Jog Dial, then rotate.
Radio On/Off
To Turn Radio On/Off: Press and hold the Phone Button for 2 seconds.
Radio Seek Stations
To Seek Next Station: Rotate the Jog Dial clockwise.
To Seek Previous Station: Rotate the Jog Dial counter-clockwise.
Radio Scan Up FM Band
To Scan Up: Tap the Phone Button.
To Stop Scanning: Double tap the Phone Button.
Save to preset while scanning: Tap the Phone Button when the desired station is found.
Radio Save or Delete Preset
To Save a Station: While scanning or tuned to a station, tap the Phone Button.
To Delete a Station: Rotate the Jog Dial to select the preset station, then press and hold the Jog Dial for 3 seconds.
Radio Move to Preset Station
To Move to a Preset Station: Rotate the Jog Dial to select the desired preset station (1-10), then tap the Phone Button.

Headset Pairing: Intercom
To Enter Pairing Mode: Press and hold the Jog Dial for 5 seconds until the Status LED flashes blue and red alternately.
Pairing with another headset: Bring two Sena headsets within 3 meters (10 feet) of each other and tap the Jog Dial on both headsets.
Multiple Headset Pairing: Intercom
Pairing Order: Follow the order of pairing (1st Friend, 2nd Friend, 3rd Friend).
To Pair with 1st Friend: Tap the Jog Dial.
To Pair with 2nd Friend: Double tap the Jog Dial.
To Pair with 3rd Friend: Triple tap the Jog Dial.
Last Come, First Served: The system automatically pairs with the most recently connected headset.
Start Intercom
To Start Intercom with 1st Friend: Tap the Jog Dial.
To Start Intercom with 2nd Friend: Double tap the Jog Dial.
To Start Intercom with 3rd Friend: Triple tap the Jog Dial.
End Intercom
To End Intercom: Tap the Jog Dial.
