ASSEMBLY AND USE
Step 1: Check all accessories.
Ensure all parts listed in the structure diagram are present before proceeding.
Step 2: Installation of the drain pipe.
Hold both sides of the drain pipe mouth with two hands. Aim at the base drain mouth and insert it directly.
Step 3: Installation of wheels.
Install the wheel onto the designated leg component and tighten the screws securely.
Step 4: Installation of leg with wheels.
Align the serial number on the support leg with wheels to the corresponding serial number on the baseplate. Insert the support leg into the baseplate slot, then insert screws and tighten nuts with a wrench.
Step 5: Installation of handle.
Insert screws into the holes at both ends of the handle. Then, insert these screws into the two screw holes located at the barrel mouth. Finally, secure the screws with nuts from inside the barrel and tighten them with a screwdriver.
Step 6: Connect the plug to the power supply and turn on the machine.
Plug the machine into a suitable power outlet and activate the power switch.
Step 7: Prepare poultry for plucking.
Ensure the knife edge used for slaughtering is as small as possible. After slaughter, soak the chicken in warm water (approximately 30°C) to moisten the feathers. Adding salt to the warm water is recommended to prevent skin damage during depilation.
Step 8: Heat the soaked chicken.
Heat the soaked chicken in hot water (approximately 70°C), stirring with a wooden stick to ensure even heating.
Step 9: Load chickens into the machine.
Place 1 to 4 hot chickens into the plucking machine at a time.
Step 10: Start the machine.
Press the "1" switch key to start the machine. Water is added to the poultry while it operates. Feathers and dirt will be flushed out with the water. The water can be recycled.
Step 11: Remove feathers and rinse the chicken.
After 2-3 minutes of operation, remove the plucked chickens. Connect the high-pressure nozzle to a water pipe and spray to rinse off any remaining poultry feathers.

CLEAN, CARE AND STORAGE RULES
Care and cleaning:
The chicken plucker machine requires a faucet and water pipe for convenient feather cleaning, maintaining the machine's neatness and appearance. It is constructed from stainless steel, which resists rust. After use, clean the machine with tap water and wipe it dry.
Timely cleaning: After use, wash the bucket with water, but avoid using a direct water spray pipe. Collect the removed feathers and dirt with the water flow and treat them promptly to prevent environmental pollution or harm to human health. Water can be recycled, but it must be removed when the machine is not in use.
Storage:
Please store the machine out of the reach of children. If the chicken plucker machines are not used for an extended period, store them in a dry, non-corrosive environment. Avoid contact with corrosive substances to prevent product damage.
