Safety Instructions
General Precautions:
- Personnel must wear protective clothing, masks, glasses, hats, and gloves suitable for pesticide penetration during spraying operations. Do not operate without protective gear.
- Spraying toxic solutions like pesticides on people or animals is strictly prohibited.
- This machine is prohibited for use by individuals with mental illness or serious diseases, those who are intoxicated, or those lacking operational knowledge. People who have just completed strenuous exercise, are not well-rested, or are lactating should not operate this equipment.
- Operators must wash all body parts and clean clothing thoroughly after use.
- Always follow the safety instructions provided by the pesticide manufacturer when handling pesticides.
WARNINGS:
- Do not leave machines and tools unattended or store them in unsecured locations. Turn off the power when not in use.
- Do not disassemble or modify the machine.
- Operators should spray pesticides facing the wind direction and avoid prolonged operation under high temperatures.
- Charge the battery for 8-12 hours before each use, including with a new machine. Ensure the charging base is covered tightly to prevent water ingress when the battery is not charging.
- Avoid operating the sprayer without water to prevent damage to the diaphragm pump.
- Before initial use, test spray with clean water to check for leaks and atomization quality. Only proceed with liquid medicine once all checks are normal.
- Liquid medicine must pass through the filter screen when adding. Impurities can affect normal machine operation.
- Immediately dry any liquid medicine overflow. Battery connectors, electrical components, and wire connectors must be kept away from liquid medicine to prevent corrosion.
- Do not use non-water-soluble powders, as they can precipitate and clog the filter screen and pipeline, reducing pump lifespan. Avoid using chemical liquids and special working fluids.
- When spraying is complete, turn off the power switch or regulating switch first, and release the injection switch only after the pump stops working.

Assembly and Use
Step 1: Installation of spray bar kit
Connect one end of the hose (with hexagon nut and sealing ring) to the water outlet of the barrel. Connect the other end to the handle end, ensuring the seal ring is installed. Assemble the spray bar and connect it to the handle. Select and install the appropriate nozzle, ensuring a sealing ring is used when connecting the plastic spray bar and nozzle. Note: Check and tighten sealing rings if water leakage occurs.
Step 2: Installation of pressure regulating knob
Press the knob cap in by hand.
Step 3: Installation of straps
Connect the chest fastener of the strap. Pass the strap through the strap hole at the back of the barrel, and hook the strap through the hole at the bottom.
Step 4: Filling and Powering On
Fill the barrel with solution and cover it securely, ensuring the sealing ring is in place and tightened to prevent leaks.
Operation:
- A. Turn on the switch. ('1' for ON, '0' for OFF).
- B. Voltmeter Description:
- Yellow light "L": Battery is insufficient; requires charging.
- Green light "N": Sufficient power; can be used normally.
- Red light "H": Abnormal; stop use and address the issue.
Step 5: Pressure Regulation
- A. Clockwise rotation increases pressure; counterclockwise rotation decreases or stops pressure.
- B. Press and hold the handle to start spraying; release to stop.
- C. For extended spraying, the handle can be fixed onto the ring on the handle.
Step 6: Post-Use Cleaning
Clean the sprayer with clean water. Turn off the governor and power supply after use.
Step 7: Charging the Battery
The red indicator on the charger signifies charging; the green light indicates the battery is fully charged. Note: Turn off the sprayer's power while charging.
Introduction and Application of Nozzle
The sprayer comes with various nozzles for different spraying needs:
Model | Picture Description | Function Introduction | Note |
---|---|---|---|
KF-01D | Single-head copper nozzle | Provides a small amount of spray, or linear spray (15-20ft), suitable for long-range application. | / |
KF-26E | Single-head plastic nozzle | Provides a small amount of spray, or linear spray for telescopic spray bars. | / |
KF-04D | Three-end copper nozzle | Provides a large amount of spray with a concentrated range (15-20ft). | The pressure knob must be adjusted to avoid intermittent operation of the motor pump. (It is normal if the indicator light does not flash or the motor pump works continuously.) |
KF-86E | Three-end plastic nozzle | Provides a large amount of spray with a concentrated range (15-20ft). | The pressure knob must be adjusted to avoid intermittent operation of the motor pump. (It is normal if the indicator light does not flash or the motor pump works continuously.) |
KF-104E | Windproof nozzle | Equipped with a protective cover to reduce the impact of wind on the spray. | / |
KF-06E | F-type double nozzle | Provides a medium spray effect. | / |
KF-56E | Y-type double nozzle | Provides a medium spray effect. | / |
KF-23E | Fan-shaped nozzle | Provides a 90°~110° plane fan-shaped spray, commonly used in areas requiring controlled coverage, such as weeding. | The pressure knob must be adjusted to avoid intermittent operation of the motor pump. (It is normal if the indicator light does not flash or the motor pump works continuously.) |
Troubleshooting Instruction
Problem | Reasons | Solutions |
---|---|---|
The motor does not start after the power is turned on | The power connection wire falls off Battery is dead The power switch is off | Check the connecting wire and plug the connector Use after charging Switch on |
The motor makes abnormal noise | The fixing screws of the water pump are loose | Check and tighten the screws of the fixing feet of the water pump |
Water leakage of substructure | Water inlet/outlet pipe of water pump is loose and cracked | Open the base, check whether the internal water pipe is loose or broken, and tighten or replace it |
Nozzle clogging | Disassemble the nozzle and clean each part Nozzle is worn Nozzle accessories are installed incorrectly | Replace the nozzle Install according to the correct installation method Clean the filter screen in bucket |
Poor atomization | Connecting pipe leaks Insufficient battery power Water pump blocked | Tighten or replace the water pipe Charging Remove the nozzle and spray water with clean water for 5-10 minutes (the water output will increase and stabilize under normal conditions). If the water output does not increase after 10 minutes, it is recommended to replace the pump. Remove the nozzle for cleaning Dismantle the water pump cover and remove foreign matters |
The nozzle does not discharge water, and the outlet pressure is unstable | Nozzle clogging Water pump blocked | Remove the nozzle for cleaning Dismantle the water pump cover and remove foreign matters |
Water pump does not work | Wiring problem/water pump damaged Charger cable open circuit | After eliminating the problems of electric wires and waterways, contact the merchant to purchase a new water pump, and replace the water pump under the guidance of the merchant. Contact the merchant, inform the product model, and purchase a new charger |
Unable to charge | The battery is broken (the charger indicator is green, but the spray cannot be used) | Open the battery cover, take out the battery, and replace it with a good one.
