Safety Instructions

⚠️ For your safety and the safety of others, the following precautions must be observed when operating the sprayer:

  • During spraying operation, personnel shall wear clothes in strict accordance with regulations, wear masks, glasses, hats, gloves, or protective clothing against pesticide penetration, and shall not work naked.
  • It is strictly prohibited to spray toxic solutions such as pesticides on people or animals during use.
  • Patients with mental illness or serious diseases, drunken people, and people without operation knowledge are prohibited from using this machine. People who have just taken strenuous exercise, have not had a good rest, or have insufficient sleep, as well as women in the period of lactation, should not be engaged in this work.
  • The operator must wash all parts of the body and clean all kinds of clothing after use.
  • When handling pesticides, follow the safety instructions provided by the pesticide manufacturer.

WARNING:

  • Do not leave machines and tools or store them in unattended places. Turn off the power when not in use.
  • Do not disassemble or change this machine.
  • Operators must spray pesticides in front of the wind direction and shall not work under high temperature for a long time.
  • Before each use of the battery (including the new machine), please charge the battery for 8-12 hours. When the battery is not charged, cover the charging base tightly to prevent water from getting wet.
  • Try to avoid working without water to avoid damaging the diaphragm of the water pump.
  • Before use, try spraying with clean water to check for water leakage at the base and good atomization effect. Only when everything is normal can you prepare liquid medicine for the operation.
  • When adding liquid medicine, it must pass through the filter screen. If there are impurities, the normal use of the machine will be affected.
  • If the liquid medicine overflows, please dry it immediately. Battery connectors, electrical components, and wire connectors shall not be exposed to liquid medicine to avoid corrosion.
  • Please do not use non-water bath powder, because it cannot be dissolved into liquid. The suspended solids in the medicine tank will precipitate at the bottom, causing clogging of the filter screen and pipeline, thus affecting the pump's service life. The use of chemical liquids and special working fluids is prohibited.
  • When the liquor spraying is completed, turn off the power switch or regulating switch first, and then release the injection switch after the pump stops working.

Assembly and Use

Step 1: Installation of spray bar kit

Connect one end of the hose (hexagon nut with sealing ring) to the water outlet of the barrel and the other end to the handle. Assemble the separated spray bar and connect it to the handle (adjustable fastener retractable spray bar). Select the appropriate nozzle and install it. Ensure sealing rings are added and tightened for all connections to prevent water leakage.

Step 2: Installation of pressure regulating knob

Press the knob cap in by hand.

Step 3: Installation of straps

Connect the chest fastener of the strap. Pass the strap through the strap hole at the back of the barrel, and hook the strap through the hole at the bottom.

Step 4: Filling and Operation

Fill the barrel with solution, add the sealing ring, and tighten the cover to prevent water leakage.

  • Operation: Turn on the switch. "1" means to turn on the power, and "0" means to turn off the power.
  • Voltmeter Description:
    • Yellow light "L": The battery is insufficient and needs to be charged.
    • Green light "N": Sufficient power, can be used normally.
    • Red light "H": Abnormal. Stop using and eliminate the problem.

Step 5: Pressure Regulation

  • Clockwise rotation increases the pressure; counter-clockwise rotation decreases or stops the pressure.
  • Press and hold the handle to start working, and release to stop working. For prolonged spraying, the handle can be fixed on the ring of the handle.

Step 6: Cleaning After Use

Clean the sprayer with clean water. Turn off the governor and power supply after use.

Step 7: Charging

The red indicator of the charger indicates charging; the green light indicates that the battery is fully charged. Note: When charging, please turn off the power!

Introduction and Application of Nozzle

Model Picture Description Function Introduction Note
KF-01D Single-head copper nozzle Provides a small amount of spray, or linear spray (15-20ft), only for telescopic spray bars. The pressure knob must be adjusted to avoid intermittent operation of the motor pump when using. (It is normal if the indicator light does not flash or the motor pump works continuously.)
KF-26E Single-head plastic nozzle Provides a small amount of spray, or linear spray (15-20ft). The pressure knob must be adjusted to avoid intermittent operation of the motor pump when using. (It is normal if the indicator light does not flash or the motor pump works continuously.)
KF-04D Three-end copper nozzle Provides a large amount of spray with a concentrated range.
KF-86E Three-end plastic nozzle Provides a large amount of spray with a long range.
KF-104E Windproof nozzle Equipped with a protective cover to reduce the impact of wind on spray.
KF-06E F-type double nozzle Provides medium spray effect.
KF-56E Y-type double nozzle Provides medium spray effect.
KF-23E Fan-shaped nozzle Provides 90°~110° plane fan-shaped spray, mostly used in scenes requiring controlled range, such as weeding. The pressure knob must be adjusted to avoid intermittent operation of the motor pump when using. (It is normal if the indicator light does not flash or the motor pump works continuously.)

Troubleshooting Instruction

Problem Reasons Solutions
The motor does not start after the power is turned on The power connection wire falls off
Battery is dead
The power switch is off
Check the connecting wire and plug the connector
Use after charging
Switch on
The motor makes abnormal noise The fixing screws of the water pump are loose Check and tighten the screws of the fixing feet of the water pump
Water leakage of substructure Water inlet/outlet pipe of water pump is loose and cracked
Spray bar shake
Nozzle is worn or blocked
Nozzle accessories are installed incorrectly
The filter screen is blocked
Connecting pipe leaks
Open the base, check whether the internal water pipe is loose or broken, and tighten or replace it
Reduce the pressure
Replace the nozzle
Install according to the correct installation method
Clean the filter screen in bucket
Tighten or replace the water pipe
Poor atomization Insufficient battery power
Water pump blocked
Nozzle clogging
Charging (The voltmeter indicator light is...)
Remove the nozzle and spray water with clean water for 5-10 minutes (the water output will increase and stabilize under normal conditions). If the water output does not increase after 10 minutes, it is recommended to replace the pump.
Remove the nozzle for cleaning
Water pump does not work Water pump blocked
Wiring problem/water pump damaged
Charger cable open circuit
Dismantle the water pump cover and remove foreign matters

Cleaning, Care and Storage Rules

Cleaning and care:

After operating the sprayer, remove the working solution from the tank completely and rinse the tank, hose, pump, and spray tube with clean water. Finally, spray with clean water for 3 minutes to eliminate the possibility of a chemical reaction when other chemicals are used in the next spraying. Residues of chemicals can lead to corrosion and other damage to parts of the sprayer, especially spraying nozzles, filters, and seals.

Storage rules:

  • Keep the sprayer in a dry, cool, and out-of-way place for children.
  • It is forbidden to store the sprayer near an open fire.
  • To prevent damage to the pump and other parts, it must be washed and dried before storing the sprayer in winter. Clean the surface of machines and tools, filter screen, and nozzle, and dry them in the air. Do not put them directly in the sun.
  • Before storage, the battery must be fully charged. During the storage period, you need to charge your battery regularly with an adapter (at least once every 2 months).
  • Keep the adapter in a dry place.
