Feature Identification

Sprayer Machine Components:

The document shows a diagram of the sprayer machine. Key components identified include:

  • Main sprayer unit (housing the motor and pump).
  • High-pressure hose connection port.
  • Power switch.
  • Pressure gauge.
  • Pressure regulating knob.
  • Return valve.
  • Suction tube inlet.
  • Return pipe outlet.
  • Power cord connection.

Attachment List

The document lists the following attachments:

  • High-pressure pipe
  • Spray gun
  • Extension rod
  • Nozzle holder
  • Nozzle gasket
  • Nozzle
  • Suction tube
  • Return pipe

Installation and Operation Steps

Follow these steps for installation and operation:

  1. Install the high-pressure pipe: Connect the high-pressure pipe to the sprayer unit.
  2. Install the spray gun: Connect the spray gun to the high-pressure pipe.
  3. Install the extension rod: Attach the extension rod to the spray gun if needed.
  4. Install the nozzle holder: Mount the nozzle holder onto the spray gun or extension rod.
  5. Install nozzle gasket and nozzle: Place the gasket into the nozzle holder, then insert the nozzle.
  6. Install the suction tube: Connect the suction tube to the sprayer unit's inlet.
  7. Install the return pipe: Connect the return pipe to the sprayer unit's outlet.
  8. Prepare for operation: Place the suction tube and return tube into the material container.
  9. Initial Setup (Priming/Flushing): Turn on the power switch. Ensure the return valve is in the vertical upward position. Set the pressure regulating knob to the maximum position. Water (or primer fluid) will drain out of the return pipe.
  10. Pressurizing: Turn the return valve clockwise to a horizontal position. The machine will start pressurizing. The pressure gauge should indicate approximately 3000 PSI, and the motor may stop working at this point.
  11. Spraying: Trigger the spray gun to begin spraying. The motor will start working. The pressure gauge pointer should remain around 2000 PSI during spraying.

Tips

  1. Pressure regulating valve: Adjust the pressure regulator clockwise to increase the machine's pressure.
  2. Backflow valve:
    • Backflow valve vertically upward: The machine is in backflow state, releasing pressure.
    • Backflow valve adjusted horizontally (clockwise): The machine is working, increasing pressure.
  3. Oil Type: The 450 plunger sprayer uses any oil with lubricating effect.
  4. Adding Oil: Before each use, add approximately 5 drops of lubricating oil to the oil filler port.
  5. Sprayable Materials: The 450 plunger sprayer can spray non-particle free materials with good fluidity.
