Terms and conditions
1. Promotion
IKEA Family Members will receive a Discount Voucher (of $25 value) off IKEA home furnishing products when spending $25 or more on any Qualifying Food Purchases in the Swedish restaurant at IKEA Logan or IKEA North Lakes during the Promotional Period. This offer is only available from 11am weekdays only. The Discount Voucher can only be redeemed upon qualifying transactions of $100 or more (after any other applicable discounts have been applied).
2. Promoter
The Promoter is IKEA Pty Limited (ABN 84 006 270 757) of 630 Princes Highway, Tempe NSW 2044.
3. IKEA Family Members
This Promotion is only available to IKEA Family members who identify with their membership at the IKEA Swedish Restaurant registers.
4. Promotion Period
The Promotion Period starts on Monday, 5th May 2025 and ends on Friday, 16th May 2025.
5. Qualifying Food Purchases
Any food items (that is not listed as an Exclusion under Clause 6) from our choice of:
- Mains or Wraps or Salads;
- Any meals sold from the IKEA ‘Kids menu'; or
- Any item sold from the IKEA ‘Something Sweet' menu
6. Exclusions
The following food items are excluded from Qualifying Food Purchases under Clause 5:
- Any drink beverages; or
- Any pre-packaged food products sold at the Swedish Restaurant, including biscuits and chocolate products.
7. Voucher redemption
The voucher will be printed on a separate receipt at the same time as payment at the Swedish Restaurant. For redemption each Discount Voucher:
- will only be generated after the minimum spend amount of $25 is spent at the Swedish Restaurant on Qualifying Food Purchases within a single transaction;
- is a single use voucher and will be exhausted upon redemption;
- is only valid for purchases toward IKEA home furnishing product(s);
- must be redeemed in-store at either IKEA Logan or IKEA North Lakes on the same day and cannot be redeemed after the store(s) have closed for trade;
- Is only activated when a minimum amount of $100 is spent on IKEA home furnishing product(s) within in a single transaction;
- cannot be used towards any Excluded IKEA Products (per Clause 8); and
- cannot be combined with any other issued Discount Voucher within that same transaction for redemption. Only 1 Discount Voucher will be redeemable per transaction.
8. Excluded IKEA Products
The following products are excluded from contributing to the minimum spend of $100 threshold under this Promotion:
- any items that are not available for purchase on the day;
- any IKEA Gift Cards;
- any IKEA services (such as picking, delivery, assembly, installation, takeback/recycling, planning and interior design services);
- Any products purchased from our ‘As-is market' (either in-store or online);
- any food products from the Swedish Restaurant, Swedish Café, Bistro or Swedish Food Market.
9. Only one offer a time
The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other special, discount, promotional offer or IKEA Family or IKEA for Business member offers unless otherwise stated.
10. Availability and stock limit
All items are advertised in good faith to be available at time of the offer. However, unforeseen problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in certain product being unavailable. Please note availability of products varies between stores and online and not all products will be available in all stores or online.
11. Returns
All return of product(s) are subject to IKEA standard returns and exchanges policy and the Australian Consumer Law. The maximum refund for each product is the pro-rata amount of the returned product(s) less the discount received.
12. Not transfer or cash redemption
Discount Vouchers are not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
13. Validation and Verification
Eligibility to the Promotion will be subject to validation and verification checks by the Promoter. The Promoter's decision is final.
14. Right to withdraw
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Promotion at any time during the Promotion Period. No withdrawal notification will be individually communicated to the Customer (should the Promoter exercise their right under this Clause 14).
15. Right to change
The Promoter reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the law or changes to our services including (but not limited to) eligibility and the Promotional Period. Customers shall review these Terms and Conditions on a regular basis for updates before commencing their transaction. No changes will be individually communicated to the Customer (should the Promoter exercise their right under this Clause 15).
16. Right to correct and adjust
While great care has been taken to ensure accuracy of all prices and descriptions, the Promoter reserves the right to correct any errors and adjust prices and charges including GST, customs duty or other statutory charges. No corrections or adjustments will be individually communicated to the Customer (should the Promoter exercise their right under this Clause 16).
17. Limitation of Liability
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of any participation in the Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
18. Governing Law
The conduct of the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales.
