IKEA Perth Family Offer – Breakfast Offer

Terms & Conditions

1. Offer: During the Offer Period, IKEA Family Members will receive a discount of 50% off small, medium or large breakfast meals in the restaurant at IKEA Perth store. Excluding any beverages, salads, wraps, cakes, pastry, bread rolls veggie medallions.
2. Promoter: The Promoter is IKEA Pty Limited (ABN 84 006 270 757) of 630 Princes Highway, Tempe NSW 2044.
3. IKEA Family Members: The Offer is only available to customers with IKEA Family membership who identify with their membership at the check-out at IKEA Perth only.
4. Offer Period: The Offer Period starts at 08:00am (Perth Time) on each Saturday from 26th of October 2024 and ends at 10:30am (Perth Time) on Saturday 1st of February 2025.
5. IKEA Perth: The store is located at 6 Sunray Drive, Innaloo WA 6018.
6. In store redemption only: For redemption of the Offer, IKEA Family Members must scan their IKEA Family physical or digital card or enter their verified mobile number at the point of checkout before completing their purchase. The Offer is available at IKEA Perth store only. It is not available online.
7. Availability and stock limit: All products are advertised in good faith to be available at time of the Offer. However, unforeseen problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. The Offer is valid while stocks last at IKEA Perth only.
8. Only one offer a time: The Offer is not available in conjunction with any other special, discount, promotional offer or offers for IKEA Family Members or IKEA Business Networks members unless otherwise stated.
9. Returns: All return of product(s) are subject to IKEA standard returns and exchanges policy and the Australian Consumer Law. The maximum refund for each product is the amount of the returned product(s) less the discount received.
10. Validation and Verification: Eligibility to the Offer will be subject to the Promoter's validation and verification checks. The Promoter's decision is final.
11. Right to withdraw: The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Offer at any time during the Offer Period.
12. Right to change: The Promoter reserves the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the law or changes to our services. Customers (including IKEA Family Members) shall review these terms on a regular basis.
13. Right to correct and adjust: While great care has been taken to ensure accuracy of all prices and descriptions, the Promoter reserves the right to correct any errors and adjust prices and charges including GST, customs duties or other statutory charges.
14. Limitation of liability: The Promoter is not liable to any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of any participation in the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
