Promotion Details
1. Promotion: During the Promotional Period on every Wednesday in the month of April, all IKEA Customers will receive 5% off the current marked price of selected IKEA products that are scanned into the official IKEA Australia Phone App and when payment is made in-store.
2. Promoter: The Promoter is IKEA Pty Limited (ABN 84 006 270 757) of 630 Princes Highway, Tempe NSW 2044.
3. Exclusions
This Promotion does not apply to any of the following items:
- Any item from the IKEA Kitchen range including: IKEA kitchen cabinets, fronts, fixed interiors, worktops, wall panels, taps, sinks and sink accessories, freestanding kitchens, modular kitchens, handles, ovens, microwaves, combination, hobs, rangehoods, fridges, fridge/freezers, dishwashers, filters, and kitchen accessories including the METOD, ENHET and KNOXHULT systems, and all knobs and handles.
- Any item from the IKEA Wardrobe range including: IKEA wardrobe system frames, fixed interiors, doors, drawer fronts, and wardrobe accessories including the PAX and PLATSA systems, and all knobs and handles.
- IKEA services (such as picking, delivery, assembly, installation, custom stone, takeback/recycling, planning and interior design services).
- Any Gift Card purchases.
- IKEA Food products from Swedish Restaurant, Swedish Café, Bistro or Swedish Food Market.
4. Promotion Period: The Promotion Period commences from 10:00am (Sydney Time) on Wednesday April 2, 2025 and ends at 11:59pm (Sydney Time) on Wednesday April 30, 2025.
5. Redemption
IKEA Customers must complete each of the following steps to redeem:
- Download the official IKEA Australia App on a smart device.
- During store opening hours, visit any IKEA Australia Retail Store in-person (Annexure A lists all retail stores) on any of these following days: April 2, April 9, April 16, April 23 and/or April 30.
- Using the official IKEA Australia App on that smart device – scan any IKEA items to purchase. When complete, select the ‘store checkout' function.
- A QR Code will be displayed on the IKEA App. Present and scan that QR code at any self-serve terminal at the checkout within the store.
Offer Application and Terms
The Promotion will be applied automatically and will appear on the screen as a 5% off the current selling price for any items that are not excluded (under Clause 3).
6. No transfer or cash redemption: The discount is not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. Refunds: The IKEA Returns Policy applies to all purchases made during the Promotional Period. Where the IKEA Returns Policy provides for a full refund to the customer, each refund will be at a pro-rata rate to reflect the discounted price (because of this Promotion).
8. Validation and Verification: Eligibility to the Promotion will be subject to the Promoter's validation and verification checks. Promoter's decision is final.
9. Promotion can be combined with any other offers and discounts (except all IKEA Services are excluded): This Promotion is available in conjunction with any other discount, special offer or promotional offer and is applied last if there are multiple offers combined.
10. Right to withdraw: The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Promotion at any time during the Promotion Period. No withdrawal notification will be individually communicated to the Customer (should the Promoter exercise their right under this Clause 10).
11. Right to change: The Promoter reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the law or changes to our services including (but not limited to) eligibility and the Promotional Period. Customers shall review these Terms and Conditions on a regular basis for updates before commencing their transaction. No changes will be individually communicated to the Customer (should the Promoter exercise their right under this Clause 11).
12. Right to correct and adjust: While great care has been taken to ensure accuracy of all prices and descriptions, the Promoter reserves the right to correct any errors and adjust prices and charges including GST, customs duty or other statutory charges. No corrections or adjustments will be individually communicated to the Customer (should the Promoter exercise their right under this Clause 12).
13. Limitation of Liability: The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained because of any participation in the Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
14. Governing Law: The conduct of the Promotion and these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales. All parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
