5. Adjustments
The massage chair offers various adjustments for personalized comfort.
Legrest Angle Adjustment: Controls the angle of the leg rest.
Backrest Angle Adjustment: Controls the angle of the backrest.
Zero Gravity Angle Adjustment:
Zero-gravity is based on the NASA space capsule relaxation theory. It positions the body to reduce blood circulation pressure and disperse gravitational forces, reducing heart and spine pressure.

Display Brightness Adjustment Bar: Adjusts screen brightness.

Massage Timer: Selectable durations for massage sessions (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 Min).
Engineering Mode: Advanced settings access.
Bluetooth Instructions
Play Mobile Music/Bluetooth Speaker:
Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile device and select the massage chair (code Mazzup). Once paired, the chair can act as a speaker for your mobile phone's music. No password is required.

Safety Instructions
- Should any abnormality or problem occurs with the chair, switch off the chair and detach the power cable from the power socket.
- When the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by one from the manufacturer or agent.
- Do not attempt to dismantle, modify or change components by unauthorised persons to avoid any electric shock, fire or injury.
Care and Maintenance
Storage
- Do not dismantle the back of the chair. Electric shocks may occur when touching inner components of the chair.
- Do not dismantle the chair by unauthorised personnel to prevent electric shocks, fire and injury.
- Ensure that the chair is switched off and the power plug is detached from the socket when cleaning the chair to avoid any electric shock or hazard.
- Keep the massage chair clean and free of dust. Do not place the chair in a damp environment.
- If the chair is not in use for long periods, please cover it with a cloth to protect it from dust.
- Do not place the chair under direct sunlight.
Maintenance
- Use a neutral detergent only to clean the back cushion, head cushion and leg cushion. Let it air dry.
- Use a cloth and detergent to clean the plastic parts, pipe and leather material of the massage chair.
- Do not use organic solvents such as gasoline, amyl acetate or benzene to clean to prevent leather colour fading, ageing or damage.
- Do not spray pesticides on the chair to avoid electric shocks or fire.
- Only clean with a dry cloth to prevent mechanical failure.
Trouble Shooting
Checking is necessary for frequent usage. Make sure the machine works properly before usage after being left unused for a long time.

Note: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. Warranty and Support
Limited Warranty Guidelines
MAZZUP sells Full Body Massage Chair Model MU-C511/MU-C512 with the intention that they are free of defects in manufacture and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase, except as noted below. MAZZUP warrants that the MU-C511/MU-C512 will be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty extends only to consumers and does not extend to retailers and resellers.
One Year Labor Warranty & Three Years Parts Warranty
MU-C511/MU-C512 has a one-year labor warranty and a three-year parts warranty. MAZZUP customer service will not issue Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) for non-defective products. Full Body Massage Chair Model MU-C511/MU-512 will be either repaired by the consumer or by an in-home technician. MAZZUP will not issue Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) for buyer's remorse. Non-Warranty Support
Non-warranty repair is provided on a per incident basis. MAZZUP customer service will verify if the unit has failed and provide instructions for repairing a unit. All applicable repairs, parts, shipping, handling, local tax and a per incident fee will be charged for labor and non-warranty repairs.

Note: If you made your purchase through an authorized MAZZUP Reseller, contact the Reseller to obtain warranty. If the product was a gift, you may ask the giver to provide you with a copy of the receipt or claim the warranty on your behalf.
