Important Safety Instructions
Operating Environment
- Do not use or store in damp environments (bathroom, sauna, spa) to prevent mould, electric shock, fire, or mechanical failure. ❌ [No Damp Environments]

Remote Control Functions
The remote control allows operation of various massage functions:
- Shoulder Airbag Massage: Start/stop shoulder airbag massage.
- Arm/Seat Airbag Massage: Start/stop arm or seat airbag massage and seat roller massage.
- Neck Massage: Start/stop the neck massage.
- Back Massage: Start/stop the back massage.
- Neck Direction: Choose the neck massage direction.
- Back Direction: Choose the back massage direction.
- Massage Intensity: Increase (+) or decrease (-) massage speed (6 levels).
- Airbag Intensity: Increase (+) or decrease (-) airbag intensity (6 levels).
- Roller Speed: Switch foot roller speed (3 levels).
- Heating Function: Start/stop heating in the back and calf.
- Foot Roller Massage: Start/stop the foot roller massage.
- Calf Airbag Massage: Start/stop calf airbag massage.
- Back Up: Move the backrest up; stops when released.
- Back Down: Move the backrest down; stops when released.
- Timing: Set massage duration (15, 20, 25, 30 minutes).
- Zero Gravity: Activate/deactivate zero-gravity position.
- Auto Mode: Cycle through 20 auto massage programs.
- Manual Mode: Select specific manual massage functions.
- Bluetooth Connection: Connect mobile device for music playback. Search for "Mazzup" Bluetooth.
- On/Off: Start/stop the massage system.
Operation Guide

Turn on the power:
Turn the main power switch to the "I" position. Insert the power plug into the power socket. The remote power key indicator will flash quickly during resetting and then the chair will go to standby mode.

Warning: Do not insert or pull out the power plug with wet hands, as this could cause an electric shock.

Start the massage:
Sit on the massage chair and press the "ON" button on the remote control. ? [On Button]

Restore massage chair:
Press the power button ( depicted as ? ) after using the chair.
Warning: Do not stand in the leg cushion before it restores to its original position to prevent damage.
Warning: Supervision and guidance are mandatory for disabled, physically challenged, or inexperienced users. Consult a doctor before use if you have any medical conditions. Children under 18 should not use the chair without adult supervision and doctor's approval. Do not operate the chair if children or pets are nearby, as serious injuries may occur if instructions are not followed.
Care and Maintenance
Storage
- Do not dismantle the back of the chair; electric shocks may occur from inner components. ❌ [No Dismantling Back]

Maintenance
- Use a neutral detergent to clean the back cushion, head cushion, and leg cushion. Allow to air dry.
- Use a cloth and detergent to clean plastic parts, pipes, and leather material.
- Do not use organic solvents (e.g., gasoline, amyl acetate, benzene) to clean, as they can cause leather color fading, aging, or damage. ❌ [No Organic Solvents on Leather]

- Clean only with a dry cloth to prevent mechanical failure.
Remote Control Care

Troubleshooting
Periodically check the massage chair for defects or damage, especially during frequent use. If the chair has been stored for some time, ensure all components are in working order before use.

Limited Warranty Guidelines
MAZZUP sells Electric Massage Chair Model MU-C211/MU-C212 with the intention that they are free of defects in manufacture and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase, except as noted below. MAZZUP warrants that the MU-C211/MU-C212 will be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty extends only to consumers and does not extend to retailers and resellers.
One Year Labor Warranty & Three Years Parts Warranty
MU-C211/MU-C212 has a one-year labor warranty and a three-year parts warranty. MAZZUP customer service will not issue Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) for non-defective products. The ELECTRIC MASSAGE CHAIR Model MU-C211/MU-C212 will be either repaired by the consumer or by an in-home technician. MAZZUP will not issue Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) for buyer's remorse.

Non-Warranty Support
Non-warranty repair is provided on a per incident basis. MAZZUP customer service will verify if the unit has failed and provide instructions for repairing a unit. All applicable repairs, parts, shipping, handling, local tax, and a per incident fee will be charged for labor and non-warranty repairs.

Note: If you made your purchase through an authorized MAZZUP Reseller, contact the Reseller to obtain warranty. If the product was a gift, you may ask the giver to provide you with a copy of the receipt or claim the warranty on your behalf.
