Hardware

Step 1

Insert dowels (D) into the ends of headboard panels (10) (x2) and footboard panel (12). Insert dowels (D) into the designated holes on the side rails (6) (x4).

Step 2

Insert dowels (D) into the top and bottom holes of headboard posts (1, 2) and footboard posts (3, 4) (x2 each). Attach feet (5) to the bottom of each post. Apply wood glue (J) to the top of the posts and attach the top caps (5).

Step 3: Repeat this step twice.

Screw cam screws (P) into the pre-drilled holes on the headboard top rails (11) (x2). Ensure screws are inserted correctly.

Step 4: Repeat this step twice.

Attach headboard top rails (11) to headboard panels (10) using cam connectors (Q). Insert cam connectors (Q) into the holes on part 10 and turn to lock onto the cam screws (P) on part 11. Repeat for both sides.

Step 5

Attach headboard posts (1, 2) to the assembled headboard structure using screws (A) and wooden pegs (B). Attach footboard posts (3, 4) to the footboard panel (12) using screws (C) and wooden pegs (B). Ensure the arrows on posts 3 and 4 are facing upward. Ensure the hole on part B is facing the correct direction.

Step 7: Repeat this step twice.

Place the slats (8) (x15) onto the assembled side rails (6). Secure each slat using screws (M) through the pre-drilled holes in the side rails.

Step 8

Attach the assembled side rails (6) to the headboard and footboard posts (1, 2, 3, 4). Use screws (A) and wooden pegs (B) to secure the side rails to the posts.

Step 9

Secure the slats (8) to the side rails (6) and center support bars (7) using screws (N). Ensure all slats are firmly attached.

Step 10
