Power On/Off
- Power On: Long press the power button ⏻ for approximately 3 seconds; the blue indicator light will turn on.
- Power Off: Long press the power button ⏻ for approximately 3 seconds; the red indicator light will turn on and then turn off.
Charging
Headphone Charging
- Connect the included charging cable to charge the headphones.
- During charging, the red and green indicator lights will be on simultaneously. After fully charged, the display will vary based on the USB working state. If the USB is in data transfer mode, the red light will turn off and the green light will stay on after charging. If the USB is only in charging mode, the red and green lights will turn off after charging.
Input: 5V ⎓ 1A ⚠️ Warning: The rechargeable battery in this product must be disposed of properly for recycling. Do not put the battery in fire, as it may cause an explosion.
Operation Instructions
Bluetooth Pairing
- On first boot, long press the power button ⏻ for approximately 3 seconds to turn on. The blue and green lights will flash alternately, entering Bluetooth pairing mode automatically.
- Search for "EDIFIER W820NB Dual Gold Edition" on your phone and select to connect. Upon successful connection, the blue light will flash twice. Subsequent use will automatically reconnect to the last used device.
- To connect to a new Bluetooth device: While powered on, long press the multi-function button ➿ for approximately 3 seconds. The blue and green lights will flash alternately, initiating device connection.
Reset to Factory Settings
- While powered on, simultaneously long press the "+" and "-" buttons for approximately 5 seconds to clear pairing records. The blue light will flash 6 times to complete the process.

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
- Red indicator light flashes instead of blue: Indicates low battery level. Please charge the headphones again.
- Headphones cannot produce sound:
- Confirm the headphones are in working status.
- Confirm the headphone volume is set appropriately.
- Confirm the headphones are properly connected to the phone.
- Confirm the headphones are within their normal operating range.
- Poor call quality:
- Confirm the phone is in an area with a strong signal.
- The effective use range of the headphones is 10 meters. Please ensure you are within this range and that there are no obstructions between the headphones and the phone.
- Why can't I control pause, resume, or next track during music playback?
- This function requires the paired device to support the AVRCP (Audio/Video Remote Control Profile) protocol.
Maintenance and Repair
- If the product with a lithium battery is not used for a long time, ensure it is charged at least once every three months.
- Keep the product dry and avoid humid places, as this may affect the internal circuitry.
- Do not place the product in direct sunlight or high-temperature areas. High temperatures can shorten the lifespan of electronic components, damage the battery, and deform plastic parts.
