Bafang's Proactive Battery Compliance and Sustainable Development Strategy
Bafang Electric (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. is at the forefront of the industry, proactively embracing compliance and a comprehensive quality control system to navigate the evolving landscape of battery regulations. The company's latest battery systems meet the requirements of EU2023/1542 and EN 50604-1 standards, positioning Bafang as one of the first companies to achieve dual certification for multiple battery models.
The new H730, M510RS, and M430 systems are set to be unveiled at the 2025 Eurobike exhibition, demonstrating Bafang's commitment to providing high-quality, compliant, and sustainable solutions to global partners.
Battery Production Line
Starting August 2025, the EN 50604-1 standard will become a mandatory requirement for e-bike lithium batteries entering the European market. Bafang has already established a robust certification matrix covering its main product lines. The company's batteries have undergone rigorous testing, including over a hundred stringent tests such as mechanical impact, extrusion, drop, vibration, salt spray, extreme temperature cycling, and overcharge/discharge.
