How to Set Up Your Remote
A - Learning
This feature allows the One For All remote to learn any function from another working remote control. It is a quick, one-time setup to control one or more devices. Ensure all original remotes have working batteries. For learning functions, position the original remote approximately 3cm (1.2 inches) from the OFA remote, pointing towards it.
[Diagram Description: An illustration shows the One For All remote held approximately 2-5 cm away from and pointed towards an original remote control.]
- Hold down the [AV] and [EXIT] buttons until the red LED blinks twice.
- Press and release the button on the OFA remote you wish to learn a function onto (e.g., the [TV Power] button). The red LED will blink continuously.
- Press and release the corresponding button on the original remote (e.g., [Power]).
- The red LED will blink twice, indicating the function has been learned correctly.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each function you want to learn. You can learn from multiple remotes, but only one function per OFA button.
- When all desired functions are learned, press and hold the [OK] button until the red LED blinks twice.
Hints:
- If the red LED shows one long blink at step 4, the function was not learned correctly; please try again from step 2.
- If one or more buttons do not work properly after setup, you can re-enter learning mode at any time by repeating the procedure from step 1.
- To delete a learned function, hold down [GUIDE] and [MENU] until the red LED blinks twice, then press the button to delete twice.
- If one or more of your original remotes are not working, you can still set up the One For All remote using SimpleSet (B) or Code Set Up (C).
- *Some remotes send commands differently. If you find a function cannot be learned, try holding down the button on the original remote instead of pressing and releasing.
B - SimpleSet
If your device's brand is listed below, you can also set up your device using the One For All SimpleSet system. Turn on your device (not on standby) and point the OFA remote towards it.

To set up:
TV

Set Top Box (Cable, Satellite, Freeview, DVB-T)

- Enter the first 4-digit code listed for your brand (e.g., 0556 for Bennett).
- The red LED will blink twice.
- Aim the remote towards your device and press the [Power] (or [Mute]) key.
- If the device turns off (or mutes), your remote is ready to use. If not, repeat steps 3-6 with the next code in the list.
Note:
- If you have already set up a Set Top Box and are setting up Audio as well, please try the [Mute] key during step 6.
After SimpleSet or Code Setup
Your One For All Zapper+ can operate up to three devices. If only one device is set up, all keys will operate that device.
Device Combinations:
- TV and Set Top Box: Most keys will operate the Set Top Box, with the exception of the [TV Power] Key, the [Volume Up], [Volume Down], [Mute], and the [AV] key.
- TV, Set Top Box, and Audio Device: The [Volume Up], [Volume Down], and [Mute] keys will control your Audio device. Also, if you hold down the [STB Power] key for three seconds, it will first send Power for the Set Top Box, and then for the Audio Device.
AV Key Functionality:
The [AV] key is intended to select the input on your TV. When a TV and STB are set up, the [Menu], [Up], [Down], [Left], [Right], and [OK] keys temporarily control the TV for input selection. If the [OK] key is pressed, or no key is pressed for ten seconds, these keys will revert to controlling your Set Top Box.
