If notifications are not received: Check if "Power Saving Mode" or "Do Not Disturb Mode" is ON in the watch's "Settings" → Turn them OFF.

2.1.2 Frequently Used Contacts

In the app, go to "Device" > "Frequently Used Contacts" > "+ Add". Select up to 10 contacts from your smartphone. When calls are received from registered contacts, the watch will display their name (unregistered contacts will show only the number).

2.2.2 GPS Related

2.3 Health Management Functions

2.3.1 Steps/Distance/Calories

Automatically records daily steps, distance traveled (estimated from stride length, which can be manually set in the app under "My Page" > "Personal Information"), and calories burned (calculated from weight and exercise intensity). View data in the app under "Health" > "Exercise Data" (entering height/weight during initial use improves accuracy).

2.3.2 Sleep Monitoring

Wear the device correctly during sleep (belt snug against the skin, about one finger's width of tightness). The watch automatically detects sleep start/end, deep sleep, and light sleep. Check detailed records in the app.

2.3.3 Heart Rate Monitoring

2.3.4 Stress Monitoring

Analyzes stress levels based on subtle variations in heart rate intervals (heart rate variability).

2.3.5 Blood Oxygen Saturation (SpO2) Measurement

Measures the percentage of hemoglobin in the blood that is saturated with oxygen (Normal range: 95%-100%).

2.4 Other Functions

2.4.1 Compass Function

Navigate to "Function List" > "Compass". Follow the on-screen instructions to hold the device horizontally and draw a figure-eight shape in the air three times slowly (calibration takes about 1 minute). Perform in an open area. Strong magnetic fields from magnets or electronic devices (microwaves, refrigerators, car engines, etc.) can interfere with calibration and lead to inaccurate results. After calibration, it displays the North direction and bearing (0-360°) with an error of ±5°.

2.4.2 Altitude Calibration Function

Navigate to "Function List" > "Altitude". The current altitude is displayed (estimated via barometric pressure/GPS, with an initial error of ±10m). Tap "Calibrate", enter the known accurate altitude (refer to meteorological data/map apps), and tap "Confirm" to correct the value (error reduced to ±3m).

2.4.3 Offline Map Function

Note: Maps cannot be loaded if the battery is below 30%. Charge the device and update the watch and app to the latest versions. For detailed usage, refer to the tutorial via the QR code.
