First Launching

When using the device for the first time, take it out of the package and charge it using the supplied charging station. Correct connection will be indicated by vibrations and display of an icon showing the battery charging status. Date and time will be automatically synchronized and set after establishing connection with the dedicated application via Bluetooth. The device's language will automatically adapt to the one set in the phone. To activate the smartwatch, press and hold the main button for 5 seconds. Activation will be indicated with vibrations.

Charging

Place the smartwatch on the dedicated docking station to connect charging connectors. Then, connect the USB cable to a power source. After charging is complete, disconnect the smartwatch from the power source.

Turning the Smartwatch On/Off

Turning on: Press and hold the main button for 5 seconds until the smartwatch activates, indicated by vibrations.

Turning off: Scroll the main screen down to open a pop-up menu, select the [power/settings icon], and confirm activation of the smartwatch.

Forever GoFit Application Installation

Find the application called "Forever GoFit" in Google Play or App Store and install it. You may also scan the QR code located on the package.

NOTE: The phone's operating system must meet the following minimum specifications to run the application and support the smartwatch: Android 5.1 or higher, iOS 10.0 or higher.

Connecting the Smartwatch with the Phone

1. Activate Bluetooth in your phone.
2. Activate "Forever GoFit" in the phone. Start using the application as a "Guest" by clicking the upper right part of the screen or select "Register" and follow the steps below:
   • Enter the email address you want to use to create an account.
   • Press the [obtain verification button].
   • A verification code will be sent to your email, which must be entered in the indicated field.
   • Enter and remember your user password.
3. After logging into the application, you will see the main screen. Click the [menu icon] button or select the menu in the upper left corner.
4. Select the smartwatch model you want to connect with by clicking its picture. The screen displays "Wybierz urządzenie" (Select device) and shows images of available smartwatch models.

Pairing and Synchronization

1. Confirm the selected model by clicking "YES". If a wrong model was selected, click "NO" and select the correct one.
2. Select the "JW-100" model from the list of devices and confirm connection by pressing "YES". The connection will be established within several seconds and all data will be automatically synchronized. If automatic synchronization does not start, select the [manual synchronization icon] in the lower right corner of the screen to perform manual synchronization.

Application Description

User's Profile Information

After correct login and synchronization, press the menu button [menu icon] in the upper left corner, then click the user name to enter profile settings. Check if all data is correct. Providing accurate data is necessary for the algorithm that calculates your steps, calories, and covered distance with the highest possible accuracy.

Description of the Main Panel

The main panel displays various information:

• 1. Navigation/Dashboard: Shows overall status.
• 2. Steps: Displays step count (e.g., 6,000 steps).
• 3. Weekly Workouts: Section for workout summaries.
• 4. Health track: Displays health metrics like heart rate (bpm).
• 5. Time: Current time (e.g., 12:20).
• 6. Connectivity/Status: Shows Bluetooth status, weather (e.g., 21°C), and battery level (e.g., 79%).
• 7. Calories: Displays calorie count (e.g., 0 kcal).
• 8. Distance: Displays distance covered (e.g., 0 km).
• 9. Exercise Time: Shows active exercise duration (e.g., 0 min).

Smartwatch Interface Description

Clock Faces: Scroll the touch screen left to set a clock face. A green symbol indicates correct setting. You can select from three available faces or add a fourth from the application.

Functions (scroll right):

• Sport data: View data regarding the number of steps, covered distance, and burnt calories in a given day.
• Heart rate monitor: Select to carry out a heart rate measurement. The measurement starts automatically and its completion is indicated via vibrations.
• Messages: Preview of recently received messages and notifications from the application.
• Sleep: Displays the sleep time recorded during the last night.
• Weather: Shows current weather forecast. Data is downloaded from the Forever GoFit application and requires an active connection.
• Sport: Select one of the available activities (Walking, Jogging, Climbing, Bicycle) to carry out measurements.
• Stopwatch: Select to activate the stopwatch function.
• Find phone: This function allows activating vibrations and sound on the phone connected with the smartwatch, making it easier to find.
• Settings: Go to smartwatch settings to define screen brightness and activate/deactivate vibrations. The System Information section provides settings and system names of the software.
• Turn off: Select to turn the smartwatch off.

Note: Scroll the touch screen down to go to a pop-up menu containing additional functions.

Additional Functions (accessed via pop-up menu):

• Settings: Adjust screen brightness and vibrations. System Information for software details.
• Always On mode: Switch the smartwatch to display time, date, battery level, and Bluetooth connection status constantly, without needing wrist movement or a button press.
• Find phone: Activate vibrations and sound on the connected phone.
• Turn off: Power off the smartwatch.
• Stopwatch: Activate the stopwatch function.
• Date, status, battery: Quick preview of date, Bluetooth connection status, and battery charge level.
