Introduction

Thank you for purchasing a product by Forever. Before use, please refer to the User's manual, and save it for future reference. Do not disassemble the device on your own – all repairs should be done by a service technician. Use only original parts and accessories provided by the manufacturer. We hope that the product by Forever fulfills your expectation.

Before using the kids watch, carefully read the instruction manual to ensure correct operation. Kids watch is a small telecommunication device, used to locate its position and send data. Operation of the device is based on GSM/GPRS mobile network.

Charging

  1. Before using your smartwatch for the first time, make sure it is fully charged.
  2. It will take approximately 3 hours to fully charge the smartwatch. After connecting the charger, the smartwatch charges automatically.
  3. Make sure the charging pins on the charging cable align correctly with the charging pins on the back of the smartwatch, then connect the other end of the cable to a power source.

Turning On/Off the Smartwatch

Press and hold the "Main Button" until the smartwatch starts up. Swipe down the screen and press the power off button.

Install "Forever Smart" App

Search and install "Forever Smart" app from Google Play or App Store, or scan the QR code below to install the app directly.

Connecting the Smartwatch to the Phone

iOS / Android

Follow these steps to connect your smartwatch to your phone:

  1. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone.
  2. Open the "Forever Smart" app on your phone, then enter all the required information in the "Settings" menu.
  3. Select "Connect Smartwatch" in the "Settings" menu.
  4. Select the name of your device to connect it to your phone.

NOTE: The minimum operating system requirements for the phone to run the app and smartwatch are: Android 6.0 or later, iOS 12.0 or later.

NOTE: To be able to use all the functions of the application and the smartwatch, you must agree to access all the content requested by the application when you first start the application, and then also enable access to notifications.

Unbinding the Smartwatch

  1. Open the "Forever Smart" app on your smartphone.
  2. Press "Disconnect smartwatch" in the "Settings" menu and then confirm with "OK".
  3. To disconnect the smartwatch from an iOS smartphone, click "Disconnect device" in the "Settings" menu of the "Forever Smart" application, then go to the iPhone's Bluetooth settings and select the "Forget this device" option.

Operation Introduction

  • The screen can be turned on by raising your hand or pressing a function button.
  • Press and hold the watch face interface, then swipe left or right to change the watch face. To confirm your selection, click once on the selected style.
  • To turn the watch on or off, press and hold the function button.

Control

  • Power on: Press and hold the main button for 3 seconds.
  • Go to the menu: Swipe the watch face interface to the right.
  • Select a feature: Swipe up or down in the menu and select a feature icon.
  • Confirm: Select the icon.
  • Exit the menu: Swipe the interface to the right.
  • Return to the watch face: Briefly press the main or bottom button on any interface.
  • Notifications: Swipe up the watch face interface.
  • Quick access: Swipe down the watch face interface.

Quick Access

In the "Quick access" area you can: mute notifications ?, adjust display brightness ?, turn off the device ?, check device information ℹ️, open settings ⚙️.

The quick access screen typically displays the current time, date, battery level, and connectivity status.

Notifications

In the "Notifications" place, you can view notifications such as: incoming calls ?, text messages ✉️, app notifications, etc.

Example notifications shown include: "No Messages", "Andy (3 messages) Let's have...", "Jacky @player followed you", "Michael Meeting at 11 confirmed".

Menu

Once the smartwatch face is visible, swipe right to enter and view all functions in the menu. Click on an icon to enter the submenu. Swipe from left to right to return.

The menu includes the following functions:

Functions

1. Activity

The device automatically counts daily activity data. Select the "Activity" icon to see your steps, distance traveled, and calories burned for the day. If your device is connected to the application, you can check its history.

Activity screens show data like total steps (e.g., "00000" or "08532") and graphs of activity intensity over time.

2. Heart Rate

Press the icon to start heart rate monitoring. If the smartwatch is connected to the "Forever Smart" app via Bluetooth and automatic heart rate monitoring is enabled in the advanced settings, you can also check your heart rate data in the app.

Heart rate screens display current heart rate (e.g., "085") and historical data with graphs.

3. Thermometer

To start measuring skin and body temperature, press the "Thermometer" icon and wait until the device takes the measurement. The measurement takes approximately 60 seconds, after which the results will appear on the screen. The top result shows body temperature, and the bottom result shows skin temperature.

  • Wear the watch on your wrist for at least 5 minutes before taking a measurement. Otherwise, the temperature sensor may show inaccurate results due to a dull ambient temperature remaining on the sensor.
  • The temperature detection function is not a medical function and is not intended for use in medical diagnosis, treatment, or any other medical purpose.

Temperature screens show graphs of temperature over time and specific readings like "36.7°C" for body temperature and "36.5 / 35.7" for skin temperature. A prompt "Please wear it on wrist to monitor body temperature" is also displayed.

4. Blood Oxygenation

To start the measurement, press the "Blood oxygenation" icon. Wait until the device takes the measurement and displays the result. After synchronizing the data, you can check the measurement history in the application.

Blood oxygenation screens show readings like "97%" and graphs of oxygen saturation over time, with prompts like "Keep still with the watch facing up."

5. Sleep

The smartwatch automatically monitors your sleep at night. When you wake up the next day, the smartwatch will display the total number of hours you have slept. After synchronizing the data, you can check the measurement history in the application.

Sleep screens may show "No data" or display sleep duration like "07H37M" with sleep stage timings.

6. Sport

Select the "Sports" icon to go to the sports selection. Select the sport you want and then start practicing it. The smartwatch will record training data.

Available sports include: Walking ?, Hiking ⛰️, Badminton ?, Running ?, Cycling ?, Baseball ⚾, Run Indoor ?, Swimming ?, Basketball ?, Football ⚽, Volleyball ?, Skipping ?, Yoga ?, Table tennis ?.

7. Sport Records

Check your recent training history.

Sport record screens display details like distance (e.g., "08.25 km"), date and time (e.g., "09/12 10:54"), duration (e.g., "00:08:25"), calories burned (e.g., "356 kcal"), pace (e.g., "6'25/km"), and heart rate (e.g., "134 Bpm").

8. Notifications

Check the notification history of your smartwatch. To decide from which sources you will receive notifications, launch the application, open the device tab and "Notifications".

Notification examples include messages from contacts and app alerts.

9. Alarm

The alarm function allows setting alarms. Icons shown are "Add alarm" ➕, "Add Alarm" ⏰, and "Recent alarm clock" with a time display (e.g., "18:00").

10. Weather

If the smartwatch is connected to the "Forever Smart" app via Bluetooth, the smartwatch will display the weather forecast. It is recommended to set the city manually, but you can also let the "Forever Smart" app do it automatically.

Weather displays show current conditions (e.g., "Cloudy"), temperature (e.g., "22°C"), and forecasts for different days (e.g., "Shenzen 21°/25° SAT 15").

11. Camera

Using the Camera function, you can remotely take photos with your smartwatch. Open the applications on your phone, then select the Camera function on your device. Now you can place your phone anywhere within Bluetooth range and click on the screen to start the self-timer.

Camera icons show a camera lens ? and a photo album ?️.

12. Inactivity Reminder

To receive notifications about inactivity, set the time interval, start time, and end time in the application settings. You can turn off the sedentary reminder by swiping your finger across the screen.

Inactivity reminder icons show a person icon with a green indicator (active) and a grey slider (inactive).

13. Stopwatch

Start the stopwatch function so that the Smartwatch starts measuring time.

Stopwatch displays show elapsed time, such as "00:00.00", "00:08.00", "00:29.00", with play/pause controls.

14. Music

Select the music icon to enter the music playback control interface. You can select the previous/next song and play/pause the music. To exit the music playback control interface, slide the interface to the right.

Music controls include "Please connect app" and playback buttons (play/pause ▶️⏸️, next ⏭️, previous ⏮️).

15. Timer

Start the timer function and select or enter how many minutes the countdown should last.

Timer displays show preset durations (e.g., "1 min", "3 min", "5 min", "10 min") and active countdowns (e.g., "00:08:00", "00:03:00").

16. Breathing

To reduce stress, select the breathing function icon. You will be guided through a series of breathing exercises.

Breathing exercises include options like "1 min", "Normal", "Inhale" ?️, and "Exhale" ?️, with an "OK" confirmation.

17. Menstrual Cycle

Preview of the current cycle. To use this function, you must complete the data in the application.

Menstrual cycle displays include "Day 1 of thr period", "Not menstruating", "Estimated day 1 of the Ovulation", "Period will likely start in 2 day", and pregnancy-related dates like "3 weeks 1 day" (258 days before due date), "20 weeks" (140 days before due date), "37 weeks 1 day" (20 days before due date).

18. Settings

Access various settings to customize your smartwatch:

  • Find phone: Locate your paired phone.
  • Brightness: Adjust screen brightness using a slider.
  • Display: Set screen off time and standby time.
  • Display Setting: Change display settings, including the dial theme.
  • Language: Set the device language.
  • Sleep Mode: Enable sleep mode.
  • Device Information: View model, BT name, and software version.
  • Temperature Settings: Adjust temperature measurement settings.
  • Vibration Intensity: Configure vibration intensity.
  • Reset: Reset your device. All data on the smartwatch will be cleared.
  • Power off: Turn off the device.

Security

Please read the tips provided here carefully. Failure to follow these instructions may be dangerous or illegal.

Don't Risk

Do not turn on the device in places where the use of electronic devices is prohibited or where doing so may cause interference or other hazards. You must comply with all types of prohibitions, regulations, and warnings provided by the staff of the place where you want to use the device.

Professional Service

This product may only be repaired by the manufacturer's qualified service or an authorized service point. Repair of the device by unqualified service or by an unauthorized service point may damage the device and void the warranty.

Modifications

The manufacturer is not responsible for damage caused by independent modifications.

Motory or Mental Disabilities and Children

The device should not be used by people (including children) with limited physical or mental predispositions, or by people who have no experience in using electronic equipment. They may only use it under the supervision of persons responsible for their safety and after reading and understanding the instructions for safe use of the device. Keep the device and packaging out of the reach of children. Cords and plastic bags can wrap around a child's neck and cause suffocation. The device is not a toy.

Bluetooth

The device complies with radio frequency safety standards and recommendations. All wireless devices may cause interference that may affect the operation of other devices.

Surroundings

The device should not be operated in dusty conditions. Connect the device so that it cannot be damaged and does not pose a threat to people or animals. Do not expose the device to sunlight and do not use it or leave it in close proximity to devices that emit a lot of heat (heaters, radiators, etc.). Elements made of plastic may be deformed, which may affect the operation of the device or lead to its complete damage.

Batteries

Avoid exposing the battery to very low or very high temperatures. Extreme temperatures can affect battery capacity and life. Avoid exposing the battery to contact with liquids and metal objects, as this may result in complete or partial damage to the battery. Use the battery only for its intended purpose. Do not destroy, damage, or throw the battery into a fire – this may be dangerous and cause a fire. A used or damaged battery should be placed in a special container. Overcharging the battery may damage it. Therefore, do not charge the battery longer than necessary to fully charge it.

Correct Disposal of Used Equipment

The device is marked with the symbol of a crossed-out waste container ?️, in accordance with the European Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical and electronic equipment (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment - WEEE). Products marked with this symbol should not be disposed of or disposed of with other household waste at the end of their useful life. The user is obliged to dispose of waste electrical and electronic equipment by delivering it to a designated point where such hazardous waste is recycled. Collecting this type of waste in separate places and proper recovery process contribute to the protection of natural resources. Correct recycling of waste electrical and electronic equipment has a beneficial impact on human health and the environment. For information on where and how to dispose of used electronic equipment in an environmentally safe manner, please contact the appropriate local authority, the waste collection point, or the point of sale where you purchased the equipment.

Proper Disposal of Used Battery

In accordance with EU Directive 2006/66/EC, as amended by Directive 2013/56/EU on battery disposal, this product is marked with the crossed-out waste bin symbol ??. The symbol means that the batteries or accumulators used in this product should not be disposed of with normal household waste, but treated in accordance with the directive and local regulations. Batteries must not be disposed of as unsorted municipal waste. Users of batteries and accumulators must use the available collection network for these items, which enables their return, recycling, and disposal. Within the EU, the collection and recycling of batteries and accumulators is subject to separate procedures.
