General Information

Product Description

The smartwatch features:

• 1. Touch interface
• 2. Function button
• 3. Charging plate
• 4. Heart rate sensor

Charging: Connect the charging clip of the USB cable to the charging plate on the back of the smartwatch. A charging icon will appear on the interface upon successful connection.

Setting Up Your Smartwatch

Install "Forever Smart" App

Search for and install the "Forever Smart" app from Google Play or the App Store. Alternatively, scan the provided QR codes to directly install the app.

Connect the Smartwatch with Your Phone

1. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone.
2. Open the "Forever Smart" app on your smartphone and complete the requested information in the "Settings" menu.
3. Tap "Connect device" in the "Settings" menu.
4. Select the smartwatch icon to initiate connection.
5. Choose your device name from the list to connect it with your phone.

Unbind the Smartwatch from Your Mobile Phone

1. Open the "Forever Smart" app on your smartphone.
2. Tap "Disconnect device" in the "Settings" menu and confirm by tapping "OK".
3. For iPhone users: In the "Forever Smart" app's "Settings" menu, tap "Disconnect device". Then, navigate to your iPhone's Bluetooth settings, select the smartwatch, and choose the "Forget This Device" option.

Operation Introduction

• To turn on the screen, raise your hand or press the function button.
• To change the watch face, press and hold the current watch face, then slide left or right through the available options.
• To turn on the smartwatch when it is powered off, press and hold the function button.

How to Use

Turning On: Press and hold the function button for 3 seconds.

Accessing Menu: Slide from left to right on the watch face interface.

Selecting a Function: Slide up, down, left, or right on the watch face, then tap the desired icon.

Confirming Action: Tap the icon.

Exiting Menu: Slide the interface from left to right.

Returning to Watch Face: Briefly press the function button from any interface.

Checking Messages: Slide from bottom to top on the watch face interface.

Menu Navigation

After turning on the smartwatch, the watch face interface is displayed. The menu can be navigated as follows:

• Accessing Menu Interfaces: Slide from left to right on the watch face interface.
• Switching Menus: Slide up and down.
• Entering Sub-menus: Tap an icon. To return to the previous menu, slide from left to right.

Messages Shortcut: Slide from bottom to top on the watch face interface.

Other Shortcuts: Slide from top to bottom on the watch face interface.

Functions

Watch Face Interface

You can quickly access the watch face interface by pressing the function button. To change the watch face, press and hold the current watch face for 3 seconds, then slide left or right to browse and select your preferred watch face.

Shortcuts

• Interface Brightness: Tap the brightness icon to adjust the interface brightness (+/-).
• Find Phone: If your smartwatch is connected with the "Forever Smart" app, tap the [find phone icon] to make your phone ring.
• Shut Down: Tap the [shut down icon] to turn off your smartwatch.
• Settings: Tap the [settings icon] to quickly access your smartwatch's settings.
• Raise Hand to Activate Display: Tap the [raise hand icon] to turn the "raise hand to activate display" function on or off.

Multi-Sport Mode

Tap the [sports icon] to enter the multi-sport mode. The smartwatch supports 6 sports modes: walking, running, cycling, indoor running, hiking, and swimming. Choose a sport mode and begin your activity; the smartwatch will record your exercise data.

Ending Sports: To finish your sports session and save data, slide the interface to the right and tap the checkmark icon (✔️). Your exercise data will be displayed. If your smartwatch is connected to the "Forever Smart" app via Bluetooth, you can also view your exercise data in the app.

Data Saving Note: For data to be saved, exercise time must be more than 5 minutes, distance more than 0.1 km, and calories more than 1 Kcal.

Heart Rate Monitor

Tap the [heart rate icon] to monitor your current heart rate. To exit the heart rate monitor, slide the interface to the right. If your smartwatch is connected to the "Forever Smart" app via Bluetooth and "Healthy detection" is enabled in the app's advanced settings, you can also check your heart rate data in the app.

Sleep Monitor

The smartwatch automatically monitors your sleep between 9:30 p.m. and 11 a.m. Upon waking, the smartwatch displays a sleep report detailing total sleep time, light sleep, and deep sleep. If connected to the "Forever Smart" app via Bluetooth, a more detailed sleep report is available in the app.

Alarm

Reminders can be set within the "Forever Smart" app. When an alarm time is reached, the [alarm icon] animates, and the smartwatch vibrates.

Messages

Slide the watch face from bottom to top to view notifications, including phone calls, SMS, QQ, WeChat, Whatsapp, Facebook, and Twitter messages. Messages are automatically deleted by tapping the interface.

Weather

If your smartwatch is connected to the "Forever Smart" app via Bluetooth, it will display the weather forecast. You can manually set the city or have it set automatically within the "Forever Smart" app.

Remote Capture

To use this feature, select "Shake and take photo" in the app's advanced settings. Shake your hand three times to take a photo remotely from your smartwatch.

Music Playback Control

Tap the [music icon] to enter the music playback control interface. You can select the previous/next song and play/pause music. To exit music playback control, slide the interface from left to right.

Sedentary Reminder

Configure sedentary reminders by going to "Advanced settings" under "Settings" in the "Forever Smart" app. Set time intervals (minutes), start time, and end time. Slide the interface to the right to exit.

Additional Settings

• Find Phone: If connected to the "Forever Smart" app, tap the [find phone icon] to make your phone ring.
• Watch Faces: Tap the [watch face icon] and then slide left or right to browse and select watch faces.
• Interface Brightness: Tap the [brightness icon] to adjust (+/-).
• System: Tap the [system icon] to check your smartwatch's system information.
• Languages: Tap the [language icon] to set the interface language.
• Shut Down: Tap the [shut down icon] to turn off your smartwatch.
• Reset: Tap the [reset icon] to reset your smartwatch.
