Assembly Instructions
Preparation:
- Ensure the work area is free of hazards. Keep tools and packaging materials tidy. Keep plastic bags away from children (suffocation risk).
- Be careful when working with tools; there is always a risk of injury.
- Check that all parts are present and undamaged. Contact your KETTLER dealer if there are any issues.
- Study the diagrams carefully and follow the assembly sequence indicated by capital letters.
- Assembly should be performed by an adult. Seek assistance from a technically skilled person if needed.
- Use the specified fastening materials for each step.
- Initially, loosely assemble all parts and check for correct fit. Tighten locknuts by hand until resistance is felt, then fully tighten with a spanner. Check all screw connections are firm. Note: Loosened locknuts must be replaced as their locking mechanism is destroyed.
- KETTLER reserves the right to perform preliminary assembly of components (e.g., tube plugs) for technical reasons.
- Adjust the handlebar and saddle for a comfortable training position according to your body height.
Assembly Steps:
Follow the numbered diagrams for step-by-step assembly. Key steps involve attaching the base, handlebars, seat post, and pedals.
Diagrams illustrate the attachment of various components using specific screws and tools. Torque specifications are provided for critical connections (e.g., M8x60 with SW6 = 25 Nm).
