Phone Karaoke
As shown in the diagram:
- Connect the headphone to the microphone's headphone interface.
- Connect the cell phone's headset interface through an audio cable.
- Open "WeSing" or other karaoke software to start karaoke recording.
Computer Karaoke
- Connect the headphone to the microphone's headphone interface.
- If the computer audio interface is single-port, connect the computer audio interface to the microphone's phone interface using the supplied audio cable. If the computer audio interface is two-port, connect one end of the supplied audio cable to the microphone's phone interface, and the other end to a Y-splitter audio cable (not included). The two split ends should connect to the respective headphone/microphone port on the computer.
- Open the computer PC karaoke software to start karaoke recording. (Adjust the recorder device volume on the computer if the recorded sound is too loud.)
Living Room Karaoke
Living room karaoke is similar to phone karaoke. Simply connect the active speaker to the microphone's headphone interface, and connect the cell phone to the microphone's phone interface.
Tips:
- To prevent feedback when using an active speaker for karaoke, point the pickup end of the microphone away from the active speaker, maintain a proper distance, and lower the microphone volume or the active speaker volume.
- It is not advised to record with your cell phone karaoke app while playing with an active speaker, because the microphone would pick up sound from the speaker as well, resulting in muddy recording quality.
Charging Description
- Charge via a mobile power bank, computer USB, or power adapter. Note: Power adapter specifications can be DC 5V/1A, 5V/1.5A, or 5V/2A.
- The microphone is out of battery when the power indicator does not light up when you try to power on the device. The power LED lights up red to indicate low power, requiring timely charging.
- The power LED flashes red while charging and goes off when fully charged. When charging at DC 5V/1A, a full charge takes about 2.5 hours. Please stop charging when the battery is full to prevent overcharging.
Tips: Do a full charge upon first use. It can be charged while in use or when powered off. If unused for long periods, recharge the microphone once every six months to prevent over-discharging and battery degradation.
