  1. Match the 6 steel ball bearings on the female quick release head of the steering wheel with the 6 grooves on the quick release male head of the base.
  2. Press the quick release in the direction of the wheel.
  3. The quick release will automatically return to position and lock up. If not, try rotating the wheel slightly or remove and reinstall it.
  4. To remove the wheel, press the quick release with both hands and pull the wheel out simultaneously.

Steering Wheel Configuration

Configure the CS V2 steering wheel using the MOZA Pit House software.

Install Heightening Block for Magnetic Paddle

Diagrams illustrating the installation steps for the heightening block for magnetic paddles, showing component placement and tool usage.

Place the steering wheel face down on a flat surface. Use a hexagonal wrench to remove the screw on the side of the shift paddle's trigger lever. Use another wrench to lift the latch from the magnetic paddle side and pull the paddle's trigger lever outward to create space for disassembly/assembly. Remove screws from the shift paddles, attach the heightening block with the provided long screws, and re-secure the latch. The heightening block shortens the distance between magnetic shifter paddles and hands by 8mm.

Install Silence Pad for the Magnetic Paddle

Diagrams illustrating the installation steps for the silence pad for magnetic paddles, showing component placement and tool usage.

Place the steering wheel face down on a flat surface. Use a hexagonal wrench to remove the screw on the side of the trigger lever. Lift the latch from the magnetic paddle side (it's not necessary to push it out completely; separating the trigger lever and latch is sufficient). Apply the silencer pad to the back of the magnetic hole and the square hole on the shifter paddle. If access is difficult, the shifter paddle can be fully removed. Do not apply the silencer pad on the square hole as it is the photoelectric trigger area. Re-secure the latch and tighten the screws.
