- Check tires and parts for damage before each ride. Contact your dealer for repairs if needed.
- Understand speed limits and warning indicators.
- Do not perform actions that endanger yourself or others.
- Do not modify the hoverboard, as this can lead to serious injury.
Rider Weight Limit
- Maximum weight limit: 100 kg
- Minimum weight limit: 20 kg
WARNING! Overloading the hoverboard can lead to falls.
Range Factors
The hoverboard's range is influenced by:
- Terrain: Smoother surfaces increase range.
- Weight: Rider's weight affects distance.
- Ambient Temperature: Extreme temperatures reduce range.
- Maintenance: Proper battery care extends range.
- Speed and Riding Style: Consistent medium speed is optimal.
Speed Limit
- Top speed: 8-12 km/h.
- A buzzer alarm sounds if the top speed is exceeded.
- The hoverboard may tilt upwards if the speed limit is exceeded. Maintain a safe speed.
Riding Method
Ensure you understand all precautions before riding. Practice in a safe, open area.
Riding Steps
- Press the power switch. The indicator light will illuminate, and the hoverboard will enter automatic balance mode.
- Step onto one footpad. Once stable, step onto the other footpad.
- Maintain your center of gravity to control movement. Tilt slightly forward to move forward, backward to move backward. Avoid excessive body movements.
- To turn left, lean your right foot forward. To turn right, lean your left foot forward.
- To dismount, place one foot on the ground for balance, then carefully step off the remaining footpad.
NOTE: If the hoverboard is not level when off the ground, it will beep and the system will prevent balancing.
Protections and Warnings
The hoverboard has built-in protections:
- Deck Tilt: If footpads tilt more than 10 degrees forward or backward.
- Low Battery Voltage: The system enters a stop state after 15 seconds.
- Speeding: Exceeding the speed limit.
- Low Battery Level: If the hoverboard body swings for over 30 seconds, an alarm sounds, and the system enters protection mode.
WARNING! Stop riding if the hoverboard is not balanced or signals a safety stop. Continuing to ride with a low battery can cause injury and damage the battery.

- Avoid sharp turns at high speed.
- Do not ride on cross slopes, as this can affect balance.
- Avoid riding in unsafe environments with flammable materials.
Battery Charging and Care
Proper battery management is crucial for performance and longevity.
Low Battery Indication
When the power indicator light turns red and flashes, the battery is low. Stop riding immediately. The hoverboard will prevent further use to avoid falls and battery damage.
Discontinue Use If:
- You notice any odor or overheating.
- Any substance has leaked from the battery.
Note: Battery removal and maintenance should only be performed by authorized personnel. Keep batteries away from children. Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the battery. Use only the original battery.
Charging Steps
- Ensure the charging port is dry. Open the charging port cover.
- Plug the AC end of the charger into a wall outlet (100-240V, 50-60 Hz). The charger's indicator light should be solid green.
- Plug the DC connector of the charger into the hoverboard's charging port.
- The charger's red indicator light signifies normal charging. If not, check the connection.
- When the red indicator light turns green, the battery is fully charged. Stop charging to preserve battery life.
Note: Use local standard wall plugs. Charge and store the battery according to regulations. Charging time is approximately 4-5 hours. Do not charge if water is present in the charging port.
Temperature Considerations
For optimal charging efficiency, the battery temperature should be within the recommended range before and during charging. Extreme temperatures can prolong charging time or prevent a full charge.
