Mechanical Structures and Installations
Dimensions: 122.00 mm (height) x 53.00 mm (width) x 17.50 mm (depth). The remote uses 3VDC (AAAx2) battery. It includes a back holder with a magnet for mounting.
To fix the remote, three options are offered for selection:
- Stick the remote on any metal surfaces directly.
- Fix the remote's back holder on the wall with two screws.
- Adhere the remote's back holder to the wall with a paster.
Operation
- When turned on, the indicator displays blue. When turned off, the indicator displays red.
- When touching the color wheel, the indicator will display the same color.
- When a press or touch operation is invalid (if the light is off), the indicator displays red.
- To extend battery life, if there is no touch or press key operation for a few seconds, the touch wheel will enter sleep state. Press any key to make the touch wheel quit sleep state.
Match Remote Control (Two Match Ways)
End users can choose suitable match/delete ways. Two options are offered for selection:
Use the controller's Match key
- Match: Short press match key, then immediately press the on/off key (for single zone remote) or zone key (for multiple zone remote) of the remote.
- Delete: Press and hold the match key for 5 seconds to delete all matches. The light blinks 5 times, indicating all matched remotes were deleted.
Use Power Restart
- Match: Switch off the power, then switch on power again. Immediately short press the on/off key (for single zone remote) or zone key (for multiple zone remote) 3 times on the remote. The light blinks 3 times, meaning the match is successful.
- Delete: Switch off the power, then switch on power again. Immediately short press the on/off key (for single zone remote) or zone key (for multiple zone remote) 5 times on the remote. The light blinks 5 times, meaning all matched remotes were deleted.
Key Function
RT1 1 Zone Dimming Remote
- ? Turn on/off light.
- ? Touch to change brightness.
- ? Adjust brightness: short press for 10 levels, long press 1-6s for continuous 256 levels adjustment.
- ? Small night brightness (10%).
- ⏰ Turn off light after 30s, long press 2s will turn off light after 60s.
- 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% brightness.
- S1, S2, S3, S4: Short press to recall the scene, long press 2s to save current brightness into S1/2/3/4.
RT6 4 Zone Dimming Remote
- ? Short press to turn on/off all zone lights.
- ? Touch to change current zone brightness.
- 1️⃣, 2️⃣, 3️⃣, 4️⃣: Short press to select and turn on zone light, long press 2s to turn off zone light. Short press multiple zone keys rapidly to select multiple zones synchronously.
- 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% brightness for the current selected zone.
- S1, S2, S3, S4: Short press to recall the scene, long press 2s to save the current state into S1/2/3/4. 4 zone recall or save synchronously.
Note: The RT6 remote can be used as a 4 zone dimming remote or a single zone 4 channel dimming remote.
Operation for 4 Channel Dimming: Long press "?" + "4️⃣" simultaneously for 2 seconds. This mode matches with one or multiple receivers of 4 channels, such as V4, VP, or V4-L controllers.
Operation for 4 Zone Dimming: Long press "?" + "1️⃣" simultaneously. Each zone matches with one or multiple receivers.
When set correctly, the green indicator will light on longer.
RT8 8 Zone Dimming Remote
- ? Short press to turn on/off all zone lights.
- ? Touch to change current zone brightness.
- 1️⃣-8️⃣: Short press to select and turn on zone light, long press 2s to turn off zone light. Short press multiple zone keys rapidly to select multiple zones synchronously.
- S1, S2, S3, S4: Short press to recall the scene, long press 2s to save the current state into S1/2/3/4. 8 zone recall or save synchronously.
Safety Information
- Read all instructions carefully before you begin this installation.
- When installing the battery, pay attention to the battery positive and negative polarity. If the remote control is not used for a long time, remove the battery. When the remote distance becomes smaller and insensitive, replace the battery.
- If there is no response from the receiver, please re-match the remote.
- Handle the remote gently, beware of falling.
