Product Overview
The Yealink AX83H is a Wi-Fi IP Phone designed for efficient communication.

Assembling AX83H
Insert the battery into the handset.
Open the battery compartment, insert the rechargeable battery, and close the compartment.
Attach the belt clip to the handset.
Align the belt clip with the designated slot on the back of the handset and secure it.
(Optional) Mount the charging cradle to the wall.
Use screws to attach the charging cradle bracket to the wall, ensuring it is level and secure. The recommended mounting height is approximately 38mm from the top edge.
Charging
There are two primary methods for charging the AX83H:
Option 1: Using the Charging Cradle
Place the AX83H handset into the charging cradle. Connect the power adapter to the cradle and plug it into a power source.
Option 2: Direct Charging via USB-C
Connect the type-C end of the charging cable to the charging port on the bottom of the AX83H. Plug the other end into a power source using the Yealink-supplied power adapter (5V/1.2A).
Important Notes:
- Use only the Yealink-supplied power adapter (5V/1.2A). A third-party power adapter may damage the handset.
- Check the charging status on the top-right corner of the LCD screen.

Yealink is not liable for damage or loss resulting from product use, claims from third parties, financial damages, lost profits, or issues arising from the use of third-party accessories or incompatible systems.
Explanation of Symbols
- DC symbol: Indicates DC voltage.
- WEEE Warning symbol: ? (Crossed-out wheeled bin icon). Indicates that Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) should not be disposed of as unsorted municipal waste. Users must collect WEEE separately.

General Requirements:
- Read safety instructions carefully before installation and use.

- Refer to relevant laws and statutes, and respect the legal rights of others.
Environmental Requirements:
- Place the device in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight.
- Keep the device dry and free of dust.
- Do not place the device near inflammable or fire-vulnerable objects.
- Keep the device away from heat sources or open flames.
Operating Requirements:
- Do not allow children to operate the device without guidance.
- Prevent children from playing with the device or accessories to avoid accidental swallowing.
- Use only accessories provided or authorized by the manufacturer.
- Ensure the power supply meets the device's input voltage requirements and use a surge protection power socket.
- Ensure hands are dry before plugging or unplugging cables.
- Do not spill liquids on the product or use near water.
- During thunderstorms, disconnect the device from the power supply to avoid lightning strikes.
- If the device is left unused for an extended period, disconnect it from the power supply.
- If smoke, abnormal noise, or smell is detected, immediately disconnect the device from the power supply and contact a maintenance center.
- Do not insert foreign objects into equipment slots.
- Connect the grounding cable first before connecting other cables, and do not disconnect it until all other cables are disconnected.
Battery Requirements:
- Do not immerse the battery in water.
- Do not expose the battery to open flames or extreme heat.
- Power off the handset before removing the battery.
- Do not use the battery for devices other than this handset.
- Do not open or mutilate the battery; released electrolyte is corrosive.
- Use only Yealink-approved rechargeable battery packs.
- Dispose of defective or exhausted batteries properly; do not treat as municipal waste. Return them to the supplier or a designated collection facility.
Cleaning Requirements:
- Disconnect the device from the power supply before cleaning.
- Use a soft, dry, anti-static cloth for cleaning.
- Keep the power plug clean and dry.
Troubleshooting:
Unit cannot supply power / Bad connection:
- Clean the plug with a dry cloth.
- Connect to another wall outlet.
Usage environment out of operating temperature range:
- Use the device within the specified operating temperature range.
Cable connection issues:
- Ensure the cable between the unit and the Yealink device is connected correctly.
- Verify you are using the correct Yealink device and power supply.
- Clean any dust from the port.
Contact your dealer or authorized service facility for further assistance.
