Operation
Components Included:
- RB-33 (Handlebar Mount)
- M-GA (Garmin / Wahoo Insert)

Optional accessories: USB-C-RMS (Remote control)
Button Functions:
- ON/OFF: Press Button B1 for 1 second.
- MODE SELECT: Click Button B1.
- STEADY / FLASH: Press and hold Button B1 for 3 seconds.
- BOOST MODE: Double click Button B1.
- LOCK/UNLOCK:
- Power off the light.
- Press and hold Button B1 for 5 seconds to lock or unlock.
Lock System: The light is locked to prevent accidental activation. The light resumes the previous mode upon next usage.
Status Indicators:
- Locked: Amber light flashes once.
- Unlocked: Amber light flashes twice.
Restore Default Setting: Press and hold Buttons B1 and B2 for 5 seconds.
Variable Lumen System (VLS)
The Variable Lumen System allows you to select and set your desired brightness level.
- Select the desired mode (e.g., Steady, Flash).
- Press and hold Button B2 to increase the lumen output.
- Release Button B2 when the desired lumen level is reached.
The light will flash once when reaching the maximum (MAX) or minimum (MIN) lumen level.
Mode Memory: The light resumes the previous VLS setting upon next usage.
Dual Colour Beam
The Dual Colour Beam is designed for multi-weather conditions, offering both cool white LED and warm white COB light.
- BEAM SELECT: Click Button B2 to cycle through modes: MIX, LED, COB.
Modes:
- MIX: Combines LED and COB light.
- LED: Cool white LED light.
- COB: Warm white COB light.
Adjustable Beam Angle
The beam angle is adjustable. The adjustable range is approximately 30° ±0°.
⚠️ LED is hot in use! Only adjust the angle when the light has cooled down.
Charging
- Ensure the light is powered off.
- Plug the USB cable into the USB port on the light and a power source.
- Unplug the light after it is fully charged.
Important Notes:
- Do not charge with a power source exceeding 5V.
- Keep the light away from flammable objects while charging.
- Recharge time: Approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes.
Low Battery and Charging Indicator
The indicator light shows the status of the battery and charging.

Wireless Connection
The MX:LINK supports wireless connection between the headlight and taillight.
- Restore Default Settings: Press and hold Buttons B1 and B2 for 5 seconds. This may be required to connect up to 5 taillights.
- The wireless connection will be established automatically.
- Turn On/Off All Connected Lights: Press the power button (Button B1) of either the headlight or taillight to turn all connected lights on or off simultaneously.
Indicator - Connection:
- Connecting: Amber + Blue light flashing.
- Connected: Amber + Blue light solid.
Indicator - Low Battery:
- Headlight Low Battery: Amber flashing.
- Taillight Low Battery: Blue flashing.
- Taillight Auto Safe Mode: Blue solid.
⚠️ For power-saving purposes (to pause the wireless connecting signal), ensure the light is locked when not in use or after charging.

Runtime varies depending on the mode and lumen output. Below are estimated runtimes.

Mounting
The light can be mounted securely to your handlebar using the included RB-33 mount. Follow the diagram to attach the light to the mount.
Press the release button to detach the light from the mount.
Computer Installation
The MX:LINK is compatible with various cycling computers using interchangeable inserts.
Compatible Mounts:
- Garmin Computer (M-GA): Use the M-GA insert for Garmin devices.
- Wahoo Computer (M-GA): Use the M-GA insert for Wahoo devices.
- Bryton Computer (M-BR): Use the M-BR insert for Bryton devices.
Refer to the diagrams for correct installation of the computer mount onto the light's bracket.
Installation Warning
⚠️ Warning:
- The setup procedures are intended for bicycle use only.
- Any improper setup or installation that does not follow original design intentions may result in damage to the bike and/or personal injury.
- Check and torque all bolts periodically.
Warning
- Understand country lighting laws and regulations before use.
- Do not shine the light directly into eyes.
- Do not mount the light near your wireless computer, as it may cause interference.
- Do not blind oncoming vehicles; always adjust the beam angle downward.
- Do not submerge the light into water.
- Keep the light in a cool and dry place when storing.
- Fully recharge the light at least every 3 months during storage to maintain battery health.
Warranty
MOON lights are covered by a ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY. MOON batteries are covered by a 120-day warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship only, with proof of purchase required.
