Assembly Steps

Step 1 (Diagram 1, Page 10):

Lay out three long panels on a protected surface. Insert dowels (101351) into the designated holes on the edges of these panels. Insert dowels (101343) into the end holes of two of these panels.

Step 2 (Diagram 2, Page 11):

Connect the first two long panels to the base panel. Use screws (118331) to attach the first panel to the base. Insert cam locks (119253) into the second panel and tighten them onto the dowels of the base.

Step 3 (Diagram 3, Page 11):

Attach the third long panel to the base panel using screws (118331) and cam locks (119253).

Step 4 (Diagram 4, Page 12):

With assistance, insert dowels (101351) into the side panels. Attach the horizontal shelf panels to the side panels using screws (118331) and cam locks (119253).

Step 5 (Diagram 5, Page 13):

Continue assembling the main frame. Insert cam locks (119253) into the side panels and tighten them onto the dowels of the horizontal shelves.

Step 6 (Diagram 6, Page 14):

Prepare the two long vertical support panels. Insert dowels (101351) into their edges. Insert screws (118331) into the base panel.

Step 7 (Diagram 7, Page 14):

Attach the vertical support panels to the base. Insert the dowels into the base and secure with screws (118331) and cam locks (119253).

Step 8 (Diagram 8, Page 15):

Attach the top panel. Insert dowels (101351) into the vertical supports and attach the top panel, securing it with screws (101351) and cam locks (101343).

Step 9 (Diagram 9, Page 15):

Insert dowels (101351) into the top panel and the vertical supports.

Step 10 (Diagram 10, Page 16):

Attach the foldable table support mechanism. Insert springs (100358) and screws (119253) into the designated holes on the side panels. Use the Allen key (100092) to tighten.

Step 11 (Diagram 11, Page 16):

Attach the hinges (10081198) to the side panels using screws (151705) and cam locks (119253).

Step 12 (Diagram 12, Page 17):

Attach the hinges (10081198) to the foldable table top using screws (151706) and cam locks (119253).

Step 13 (Diagram 13, Page 17):

Attach the caster assemblies (10118206) and mounting plates (10117892) to the bottom of the unit using screws (100358).

Step 14 (Diagram 14, Page 18):

Attach the foldable table support brackets (103693) to the side panels using screws.

Step 15 (Diagram 15, Page 19):

Attach the foldable table top to the unit using the previously attached hinges and support brackets. Secure with cam locks (102220).

Step 16 (Diagram 16, Page 20):

Assemble the shelves. Insert dowels (101351) into the shelf panels. Insert screws (101351) into the side panels.

Step 17 (Diagram 17, Page 21):

Attach the shelf panels to the side panels using screws (118331) and cam locks.

Step 18 (Diagram 18, Page 22):

Connect the vertical supports to the base. Insert dowels (101351) into the base and attach the vertical supports, securing with screws (101343) and cam locks.

Step 19 (Diagram 19, Page 22):

Attach the top panel. Insert dowels (101351) into the vertical supports and attach the top panel, securing it with screws (101343) and cam locks.

Step 20 (Diagram 20, Page 23):

Attach the caster assemblies (10117892) to the bottom of the unit using screws (100092).

Attach the vertical supports to the base. Insert dowels and secure with screws.

Attach the top panel. Insert dowels and secure with cam locks (119253).

Attach the base panel for the drawer/cabinet. Insert dowels (101351) and screws.

Attach the side panels of the drawer/cabinet. Insert screws (118331).

Attach the top panel of the drawer/cabinet.

Attach the foldable table mechanism components to the drawer/cabinet structure using cam locks (119253).

Place the assembled drawer/cabinet unit onto the main bookcase structure. Ensure it is aligned correctly.

Attach the wheel assemblies (10118206) to the drawer/cabinet unit using screws (100358).

Attach the front panel of the drawer/cabinet. Secure with screws (151705, 151706).

Attach the folding mechanism arm to the drawer/cabinet unit using screws (100358).
