Introduction

This manual guides you through the functions and operation of your Casio watch, module 950.

  4. Press Button D to exit setting mode.

DST (Daylight Saving Time):

Toggle DST ON/OFF using Button A when the DST indicator is displayed.

12/24 Hour Format:

Select between 12-hour (P for PM) and 24-hour format using Button A.

Alarm Mode

This watch typically supports multiple alarms (e.g., Alarm 1 to Alarm 5) and a daily alarm.

Setting an Alarm:

  1. Select the desired alarm number using Button B.
  2. Press Button D to enter setting mode for the selected alarm.
  3. Set the hour and minute using Button A.

Turning Alarms ON/OFF:

In the alarm mode, use Button A to cycle through alarm ON/OFF settings for each alarm.

Hourly Chime:

Toggle the hourly chime ON/OFF using Button A.

Stopwatch Mode

Measures elapsed time, split times, and lap times.

Operation:

  • Press Button D to start the stopwatch.
  • Press Button D again to stop.
  • Press Button C to reset the stopwatch to zero.
  • Press Button B to record lap times or split times while running.

Lap/Split Time Display:

The display may show lap times, split times, and total elapsed time. Use Button B to cycle through these displays.

Lap Memory:

The watch can store a certain number of lap times (e.g., up to 1990 or 2029 records).

Countdown Timer Mode

Sets a time period for automatic countdown.

Setting the Timer:

  1. Enter Timer mode.
  2. Press Button D to enter setting mode.
  3. Set the start time (hours, minutes) using Button A.
  4. Press Button D to confirm.

Starting/Stopping the Timer:

  • Press Button D to start the countdown.
  • Press Button D to pause.
  • Press Button D to resume.
  • Press Button C to stop and reset the timer to its set time.

Auto-repeat:

The timer can be set to automatically repeat the countdown after it finishes.

Altimeter Mode

Measures and displays altitude.

Entering Altimeter Mode:

Press Button B until "ALTI" is displayed.

Measurement Range:

  • Altitude: -6000 to 6000 meters (-19680 to 19680 feet).
  • Altitude difference: 0 to 6000 meters (0 to 19680 feet).

Units:

Select between meters (m) and feet (ft) using Button A.

Altitude Reference Point:

Set a reference altitude (e.g., sea level) for accurate relative measurements.

Measurement Modes:

  • AUTO Mode: The watch automatically measures and updates altitude.
  • MANUAL Mode: You manually initiate altitude measurements.

Altitude Difference Measurement:

Measure the difference in altitude between two points.

Altitude Graph:

The watch may display a graph of altitude changes over time.

Other Functions

World Time: Displays time in major cities around the world.

Illumination: Activate the backlight for low-light conditions.

Battery Replacement:
