Getting Started
Installing the Battery
Unscrew the battery cover and insert 3x "AA" batteries according to the direction marked on the battery case. Replace the battery cover.
Installing the Mobile Phone
Open the phone holder and slide the phone into the holder, ensuring the phone's lens faces you. Adjust the phone for a secure fit.
Horizontal and Vertical Switching
Loosen the knob, release the phone holder, and rotate it to either horizontal or vertical mode. Tighten the knob to secure the phone.
Powering On/Off
Short press the Power Button to turn the device on. Long press the Power Button to turn the device off.
App and Device Connection
Downloading the Track Al App
Scan the QR code provided in the instruction booklet or search for "Track Al" in the App Store or Google Play Store to download and install the application.
Connecting the Device
1. Ensure the 360° Object Tracking Holder is powered on (red light flashing, indicating Bluetooth connection mode).
2. Enable Bluetooth and Location/GPS on your smartphone.
3. For the first connection, tap the Bluetooth icon within the "Track Al" app's camera or live page. Subsequent connections will be automatic when the "Track Robot" is powered on.
Note: Manual Bluetooth pairing via your device's settings is not required.
Tracking Modes and Features
Camera Options: Tracking Modes
The tracking selection icon, located at the top of the screen within the app, allows you to choose between Facial Tracking or Object Tracking modes.
Facial Tracking Mode
- Photo Mode (Single): Pose for the camera; after 3 seconds, it will automatically start taking photos.
- Video Mode: Pose for the camera; after 3 seconds, it will automatically start recording video.
- Photo Mode (Double): Two people pose close together; after 3 seconds, it will automatically start taking photos.
Object Tracking Mode
- Photo Follow: Double-click the target object on the camera interface; after 3 seconds, it will automatically start taking photos of the object.
- Video Follow: Double-click the target object on the camera interface and click the video button; it will start tracking and recording video of the object.
Live Streaming Option
Select a platform within the "Track Al" app for live streaming. The app runs in the background, ready to use your phone's camera. If your desired platform is not listed, choose the "Use Any Other App" option and select any app on your phone.
Device Components
The IJOY TRACK features a Smartphone Holder at the top, adjustable for various phone sizes. Below the holder are indicator lights: a Power LED and a Bluetooth LED. A Power Button is located for device control. The base includes a standard 1/4" Tripod Thread for mounting onto tripods.
FCC Compliance
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. The equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy. If not installed and used according to instructions, it may cause harmful interference to radio communications. If interference occurs, users are encouraged to correct it by reorienting or relocating the receiving antenna, increasing separation between equipment and receiver, connecting to a different circuit, or consulting a dealer or technician.
Operation is subject to two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
