SOLAR STREET LIGHT
MODEL: ---------
Product Overview
A solar light is an electric lamp that converts light energy into electricity using solar panels. Its advantages include no wiring, easy installation, and independence from external electricity. During the day, the solar panel absorbs sunlight, converting it into electricity and storing it in batteries. At night, the light turns on automatically.
Key Instructions of Remote Control
Three Brightness Modes
The remote control features a memory function, allowing settings to be configured once. The modes are:
- AUTO mode: This mode operates as radar mode for the entire night. It provides the brightest illumination and has a discharging time of over 5 days.
- Radar Mode after Constant Light: Buttons "2+X" or "3+X" switch the light to radar mode after 2 or 3 hours of constant lighting. The brightness in this mode is 70% of the full radar mode.
- Always Mode: This mode provides constant lighting throughout the night. The brightness is 70% of the full radar mode.
Remote Control Diagram Description
The remote control includes the following functions:
- ON/OFF/Radar: Human inductive switch.
- 2H, 3H, 4H: Buttons to switch to radar mode after 2, 3, or 4 hours of constant lighting, respectively.
- Auto: Activates radar mode for all night.
- Brightness Settings: Icons representing 50% Brightness and 100% Brightness.
Tips for Remote Control Usage
- Pressing the "AUTO" key will automatically turn the light on in the dark and off for charging during the day.
- The remote control has a memory function; settings can be adjusted according to your preference.
- Brightness is set to 70% of radar mode during constant lighting mode, 2 hours constant lighting mode, and 3 hours constant lighting mode.

Installing the Solar Street Light
Light-control Detection and Installation Steps
Follow these steps for installation:
- Take out the lamp cap.
- Press the [AUTO] key on the remote control.
- The charging indicator will flash, indicating the solar panel should be placed towards the sunlight.
- Install the metal plate using screws.
- Put the screw cap on.
Installation Instructions
- Insert the lamp arm into the lamp body and tighten the screw securely.
- Ensure the solar panel is installed facing south and is not obstructed by any objects.
Installation Orientation and Efficiency
Mounting Options
The solar street light can be installed via Wall Installation or Holding Pole Installation.
Impact of Orientation on Power Generation Efficiency
The direction the solar panel faces significantly impacts charging efficiency:
- Optimal Orientation: Facing the solar panel 5-10 degrees south to west, with an angle of 35 degrees relative to the horizontal plane, results in 100% charging efficiency. This is achieved by ensuring the panel faces the sun's direction.
- Suboptimal Orientation: Facing the solar panel towards the north results in approximately 65% charging efficiency.
Installation Tips
- Install the solar panel in the direction of maximum sunlight to optimize power generation.
- Ensure the entire installation is stable and secure.
