Product Overview

The VEVOR Red Light Therapy Device utilizes Red and Near-Infrared (NIR) wavelengths to promote cellular energy production via mitochondria. This process supports various bodily functions, including healing and recovery.

Understanding Red and NIR Wavelengths

Every cell in the body is powered by mitochondria, often called the "power bank" of the cell. Mitochondria produce cellular energy essential for daily functions like eating, breathing, healing, and optimal recovery.

Red light and Near-Infrared (NIR) light act as a "supercharge" for mitochondria, enabling them to perform their jobs more effectively, potentially tenfold.

Red Light Benefits:

Red light therapy offers benefits beyond the skin. With wavelengths ranging from 600nm-700nm, red light promotes increased circulation and helps significantly decrease inflammation. These effects are beneficial for individuals with chronic illnesses, as reduced inflammation can soothe pain and facilitate a return to normal daily activities. All body systems, including lungs, heart, and bones, benefit from improved circulation and reduced inflammation.

NIR (Near Infrared) Light Benefits:

Near-infrared (NIR) light therapy is a growing area in modern medicine, offering benefits from pain relief to anti-bacterial properties. Red light is ideal for superficial skin areas, while NIR penetrates deeper into tissues, reaching muscles, lymph, joints, bones, and brain.

Near-infrared wavelengths range approximately from 800nm to 1,150nm, allowing maximum penetration depth within the "therapeutic window." These wavelengths are utilized in diagnostic medicine due to their ability to penetrate deep into human tissues.

NIR has demonstrated significant results in recovery by reducing inflammation, increasing oxygen levels, enhancing nitric oxide levels for vasodilation, and making cells more resilient to stressors.

Pulsed vs. Continuous Wave (CW)

Continuous Wave (CW): The light source remains on at a constant output level until turned off.

Pulsed Wave: The light source is interrupted or pulsed at a specific frequency, turning on and off at programmed intervals. This pulsing is often too fast for the human eye to detect (above 80Hz). It is theorized that pulsed light can drive light deeper into tissues and provide cellular resonance, enabling a wider range of applications compared to CW. Nogier Frequencies represent an advancement in pulsed light technology, establishing relationships between body parts, their resonating frequencies, and optimal treatment frequencies.

Instructions for Use

The device features an interface with controls for operation. [Diagram Description: A representation of the device's control panel shows a display screen at the top. Below are buttons labeled "FREQUENCY", "MODE", and "POWER". There are also indicators for "RED/NIR" channels and "Time". Labels point to "Frequency settings", "Mode selection", "Channel indication", "Channel selection", "Power on/off", "Timed selection", and "Timing indication".]

  1. POWER: Press the POWER button to turn the light equipment on or off.
  2. Frequency Settings:
    • Press FREQUENCY to select a fixed frequency.
    • You can set two fixed frequencies. The default setting is 10Hz and 40Hz when combined with MODE.
    • To adjust frequency, use the left/right controls. Set one bit, then wait 3 seconds. The next number is chosen from 0-9. This function is available after the first touch of MODE.
    • After custom frequency settings are saved, they will be retained for future use. If the custom mode displays "0000" and no operation is performed, it will revert to the last set frequency.
  3. Mode Selection:
    • Touch MODE to cycle through 3 modes. The default mode is "none" (no pulse).
    • Touch once in fixed frequency mode for pulse function.
    • Touch twice to set frequency.
    • Touch three times to return to "no pulse".
    • MODE is used in conjunction with FREQUENCY.
  4. Timed Selection:
    • The indicator does not light up without touching. Touch the TIME button to enter time setting.
    • The initial default time is 10 minutes. Each touch increases the time by 10 minutes, with a maximum of 30 minutes.
    • For times longer than 30 minutes, touch and hold for 5 seconds to enter a different time setting mode.
    • The timer will count down, the indicator light will flash, and the countdown timer indicator will turn off when the session is complete.
  5. RED/NIR Function:
    • By default, the NIR channel is valid, and the RED channel is off.
    • If no other buttons are touched within 10 seconds, both channels will light up.
    • 5 seconds after setting other functions and resuming work, the RED channel will turn off.

General Dosing Instructions

Optimal treatment times and energy delivery depend on the target area and distance.

For Skin Issues:

Target energy: 5J to 15J per area.

For Deeper Issues (Muscle, Bone, Brain, Organs, Glands, Fat, etc.):

Target energy: 20J to 60J per area.

Note: Positioning the device further away allows treatment of larger body areas simultaneously. For example, if the device irradiance is 100 mW/cm² and the treatment time is 10 minutes (600 seconds), the total energy delivered is calculated as: 100 mW/cm² x 600 seconds / 1000 = 60 joules/cm².

These suggestions are for reference only. Always consult your doctor for personalized dosage instructions.

Fixed Frequency and Usage

10Hz

The pulse rate of 10Hz correlates with alpha (α) brain oscillations and is associated with improved recovery.

40Hz

The more intense 40Hz pulse rate correlates with gamma (γ) brain oscillations. It is associated with activating glial cells that clear unwanted protein deposits, enhancing cognitive processing capability, and improving memory consolidation.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Always disconnect the power supply before cleaning.
