Presentation
The Taramps X PRO 234 crossover is designed for fine-tuning audio details with frequency filtering, bass/mid/treble equalization, and volume control, delivering peak performance. It features a built-in player with multiple connection options: Bluetooth, USB, memory card, and front auxiliary (P2) input, enabling playback from various sources. An optical input is also included, ideal for connecting to TVs.
With a 1U rack height (44.45 mm), the X PRO 234 is auto-voltage (90V-240V) and uses a switching power supply for higher energy efficiency. The unit is turned on/off via the front panel switch. For prolonged periods of non-use, unplugging the unit is recommended. The product uses a plug according to the Brazilian NBR 14136 standard; a compatible adapter may be needed for other regions.

Connection Examples
Stereo Connection Example:
This setup connects an Audio Mixer (e.g., T 0804 PLAYER FX) to the X PRO 234 Crossover, then to an Amplifier (e.g., T 2.800) and Speakers (e.g., T 400.4 HF).
Signal Path: Audio Mixer Output -> X PRO 234 Inputs (A & B) -> X PRO 234 Outputs (CH1/CH2, CH3/CH4) -> Amplifier Inputs -> Amplifier Outputs -> Speakers.
Configuration Notes:
- For the X PRO 234: Set HPF to 120 Hz, and the MONO/STEREO selector to STEREO.
- For the Amplifier (T 2.800): Set Channels A and B to FULL, and the MONO/STEREO selector to STEREO.
Mono Connection Example:
This setup connects an Audio Mixer (e.g., T 0804 PLAYER FX) to the X PRO 234 Crossover, then to an Amplifier (e.g., T 2.800) and Speakers (e.g., T 1200.1 LF + T 400.4HF).
Signal Path: Audio Mixer Output -> X PRO 234 Inputs (A & B) -> X PRO 234 Outputs (CH1/CH2, CH3/CH4) -> Amplifier Inputs -> Amplifier Outputs -> Speakers.
Configuration Notes:
- For the X PRO 234: Set HPF to 120 Hz, LPF to 120 Hz, SUBSONIC to 40 Hz, and the MONO/STEREO selector to MONO.
- For the Amplifier (T 2.800): Set Channel B to FULL, and Channel A to FULL. The MONO/STEREO selector should be set to STEREO (as it's receiving a mixed mono signal from the crossover's B input, which is then duplicated to A for the amplifier's stereo inputs).
