2 Precautions
- Compatible System: iOS, Android. Keep the application updated to the latest version.
- Compatibility Note: Not all Android and iOS systems are compatible with the application. We are not responsible for problems arising from incompatibility.
- Wireless Security Strategy: The smart kit only supports WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK/WPA3-SAE encryption. Other encryption types are not recommended.
- Caution: Due to varying network conditions, process control timeouts may occur. If this happens, the display on the unit may differ from the application. The smartphone camera must be at least 5 megapixels for proper QR code scanning.
- Network request timeouts may occur due to different network conditions. In such cases, the network must be reconfigured.
- The application system may be updated without prior notice to improve product performance. Network configuration processes may differ slightly from the manual. Prioritize the actual process.
- Consult the customer support website for more information.
3 App Download and Installation
CAUTION: The QR codes below are for downloading the application only and are different from the QR code provided with the smart kit.

Android User: Scan the Android QR code or go to Google Play, search for the NetHome Plus application, and download it.
iOS User: Scan the iOS QR code or go to the app store, search for the NetHome Plus application, and download it.
4 Smart Kit Installation (Wireless Module)
WARNING:
- To prevent electric shock, disconnect the power supply before installing the smart kit (wireless module).
- Maintenance, replacement, and access to the smart device must be performed by professional personnel.
- This interface is only compatible with the smart kit (wireless module) provided by the manufacturer.
Note: The illustrations in this manual are for explanatory purposes only. The actual appearance of your indoor unit may differ. The actual appearance always prevails.
1) Remove the protective cap from the smart kit.

2) Open the front panel and insert the smart kit into the reserved interface (for Model A).

Open the front panel, unscrew the screen cover, remove it, and then insert the smart kit into the reserved interface (for Model B). Replace the plastic cover.

3) Paste the QR code that comes with the SMART KIT onto the side panel or another convenient location on the unit, ensuring it is easily scannable with a mobile phone.
A brief reminder: It is best to save the other two QR codes in a secure place or take a photo and store it on your phone.
5 User Registration
- Ensure your mobile device is connected to a wireless router. Also, verify that the wireless router is connected to the internet before registering the user and configuring the network.
- The most convenient method is to log in to your email inbox and click the activation link, in case you forget your password. You can also log in using third-party accounts.

1. Click on "Create Account".
2. Enter your email address and password, then click "Register".
6 Network Configuration
Caution: Remove other networks and ensure your Android or iOS device connects only to the wireless network you wish to configure. Ensure the wireless function of your Android or iOS device works correctly and can automatically reconnect to the original network.
A brief reminder: The user must complete all steps within eight minutes after powering on the air conditioner. Otherwise, you will need to power it on again.
Network Configuration on Android or iOS Devices:
- Ensure your mobile device is already connected to the desired wireless or Wi-Fi network. Forget irrelevant wireless or Wi-Fi networks to avoid affecting the configuration process.
- Unplug the air conditioner.
- Plug in the air conditioner and press the “LED DISPLAY” or “DO NOT DISTURB” button continuously 7 times within 10 seconds.
- When the “AP” code appears on the screen, it signifies that the air conditioner’s Wi-Fi connection is now in AP mode.
Note: There are two ways to finalize network configuration:
- Network configuration via Bluetooth search
- Network configuration via appliance type selection
Network Configuration via Bluetooth Search
Note: Ensure your mobile device’s Bluetooth connection is working.

1. Press "+ Add Device".

2. Press "Scan for nearby devices".
3. Wait for the smart device to be found, then click to add it.

4. Select your home wireless network and enter the password.

5. Wait, connecting to the network.

6. Configuration completed successfully. You can now modify the default name.

7. You can choose an existing name or create a new one.

8. Bluetooth network configuration completed successfully. You can now see the device in the list.

Network Configuration via Appliance Type Selection
1. If Bluetooth network configuration fails, select the appliance type.

2. Follow the previous steps to activate AP mode.

3. Select the network configuration method.

4. Select the "Scan QR code" method.

NOTE: Steps 3 and 4 apply only to Android systems. The iOS system does not require these two steps.
5. When choosing the manual configuration method (Android). Connect to the wireless network (iOS).

6. Enter the password.

7. The network is configured correctly.

8. Configuration was successful; you can now view the device in the list.

NOTE:
- When network configuration is complete, the application will display confirmation messages.
- Due to varying internet conditions, the device may still appear "offline". If this occurs, refresh the device list in the application and ensure the device appears "online". Alternatively, the user can turn off the air conditioner and turn it back on. The device should appear "online" after a few minutes.
7 How to Use the Application
Ensure both your mobile device and your air conditioner are connected to the internet before using the application to control the equipment. Follow the steps below:

1. Click "Sign in".

2. Select the air conditioner.
3. The user can then control whether the air conditioner is on or off, the operating mode, fan speed, temperature, among other functions.
NOTE: Not all application functions are available on the air conditioner. For example: ECO, Turbo, Swing (Oscillation). Consult the user manual for more information.

8 Special Functions
- Schedule (Programación): This is a weekly function. The user can program the air conditioner to turn on or off at a specific time. Additionally, the circulation mode can be selected to maintain controlled air conditioner programming throughout the week.

- Sleep (MODO NOCTURNO): The user can configure the ideal temperature for comfortable sleep.

- Check (Control): This function allows the user to check if the air conditioner is operating. Upon completion, it displays normal elements, abnormal elements, and detailed information.

- Share Device (Compartir dispositivo): Multiple users can control the air conditioner simultaneously using this function.

1. Click "Share QR Code".

2. Display QR code.
3. Other users must first log into the NetHome Plus application and click "Add Shared Device" on their phones. Then, ask them to scan the QR code.

4. Others can now add the shared device.

Only use the device according to the provided instructions. Changes or modifications to the unit not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's right to operate the equipment.
This device complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment. To avoid the possibility of exceeding FCC radio frequency exposure limits, people should maintain a distance of at least 20 cm (8 inches) from the antenna during normal operation.

- This apparatus complies with applicable Industry Canada licence-exempt RSS standards.
- Operation is authorized subject to the following two conditions: (1) it must not produce interference, and (2) the user of the device must be prepared to accept any radio interference received, even if this interference is likely to compromise the functioning of the device.
- This transmitter must not be co-located or operated in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. This equipment should be installed and operated with a minimum distance of 20 millimeters between the radiator and your body.
NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used according to instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications.
