Introduction
Thank you for using our smart watch.
Important! The data provided by the smart watch, such as heart rate, blood oxygen and blood pressure, are merely indicative, it is not an exact medical measuring device. Even if you are well, go to all the appointments scheduled by your doctor.
Recommendations for People with Sensitive Skin
This section provides recommendations for using electronic wrist devices like Smartwatches and Smartbands, especially for individuals with sensitive skin.
The materials used are selected following rigorous control of hypoallergenic measures and comply with current regulations for skin contact. However, a small number of people may experience skin reactions.
If you suspect or know you have allergies or sensitive skin, monitor for reactions due to allergies, environmental factors, or prolonged exposure to irritants like soap or sweat.
Smartwatches and Smartbands may contain materials like nickel and acrylates, which, even within permitted amounts, can cause reactions in sensitive individuals.
Prolonged use may increase susceptibility to skin sensitivities. To avoid irritation:
- Do not expose the device to chemicals.
- Do not use if your skin has or has recently applied:
- Insect repellents
- Moisturizing creams and lotions
- Oils
- Perfumes
- Antiseptic gels
- Soaps
- Sun protection creams
It is recommended to use the devices when the skin is completely dry and free of the aforementioned products to prevent charging contacts and measurement sensors from contacting wet skin. These devices are not submersible or waterproof.
Clean the device thoroughly to remove sweat after training and allow it to dry. Prolonged exposure to moisture can cause skin irritation.
Avoid wearing the devices too tight or too loose. A strap that is too tight can cause irritation, while a strap that is too loose can cause chafing. The strap should allow slight movement on the wrist.
If you notice redness, swelling, itching, or any other irritation, remove the Smartwatch immediately and consult your physician before using the device again.
Special Attention for Low Humidity Conditions
In places with low relative humidity (dry, poorly ventilated areas, dry indoor air due to heating/air conditioning), electronic devices can be affected by static electricity, potentially causing damage to the device and the wearer.
To avoid high levels of static electricity at home:
- Use a humidifier. Humidity is a good conductor of electricity.
- Place small containers of water on radiators as an alternative solution.
The use of these devices in bed while sleeping is especially discouraged for children and the elderly. Repeated movements during the night can cause static electricity buildup through friction with bedding, leading to sudden battery discharge and potential heating of the watch. This can cause redness, irritation, etc., in people with sensitive skin.
If you notice redness, swelling, itching, or any other form of irritation, remove the Smartwatch immediately and consult your physician.
Welcome to use our high-performance wrist smart watch which creates thoughtful and health experience for you.
Device Maintenance
Please remember the following tips when you maintain your smart watch:
- Clean the smart watch regularly, especially its inner side, and keep it dry.
- Adjust the smart watch tightness to ensure air circulation.
- Excessive skincare product should not be used for the wrist wearing the smart watch.
- Please cease wearing the smart watch in case of skin allergy or any discomfort.
Getting Started
Charging the Battery
The SW/26P is equipped with a rechargeable Lithium-Polymer battery. Fully charge the SW/26P prior to putting the device into operation for the first time.
To charge, place the fitness watch with the charging contacts on the charging unit so that the pins of both units are magnetically attracted and have contact. The charging unit can be connected with any USB-A port of a computer or a USB power source.
The usual charging time is 2.5 hours. The display will indicate when the battery is fully charged.
Downloading and Binding of Smart Watch APP
Note: Your mobile phone must support Android 4.4, iOS 8.0 or above, and Bluetooth 5.1.

Guarantee
The Smart Watch F26P (SW/26P (P25)) has a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase.
Note that components like rechargeable batteries naturally degrade over time due to usage (charge/discharge cycles, external factors). Loss of battery capacity due to aging is considered normal wear and tear, not a manufacturing defect. For example, expected capacity loss is around 10% at 6 months, 20-30% at 15 months, and 45% at 24 months, assuming proper use.
Any battery exhibiting symptoms other than those detailed in this manual will be inspected by the technical service.
If after 24 months the battery shows symptoms different from those detailed, it will be considered exempt from warranty, unless the customer can reliably demonstrate defects other than normal aging before the 24-month period.

Safety Warnings
General Safety and Handling: Handle the Smart Watch with care. It contains sensitive electronic components, including batteries, and may malfunction, affect performance, or cause damage if dropped, burned, punctured, crushed, disassembled, or exposed to excessive heat, liquid, or high-pressure industrial chemicals.
Do not use the Smart Watch if it is damaged.
Batteries
Do not attempt to replace the battery yourself, as this could damage the device and cause overheating or injury.
Charging
Charge the Smart Watch using the provided charging cable and a compatible power adapter or computer. Use only adapters that meet relevant national, international, and regional safety standards. Using damaged cables or chargers, or charging a wet device, may cause fire, electric shock, injury, or damage.
Heat Exposure
Avoid prolonged skin contact with the device, power adapter, charging cable, or wireless charger when connected to a power source, as this may cause discomfort or injury.
Choking Hazard
The Smart Watch and its small parts may present a choking hazard to small children or cause other injuries. Keep them out of reach of children.
Interference with Medical Devices
The Smart Watch and charger emit electromagnetic fields and may contain magnets that can interfere with pacemakers, defibrillators, or other medical devices. Maintain a safe distance between medical devices and the Smart Watch. Consult your doctor and the medical device manufacturer for specific guidance. Stop using the Smart Watch if you suspect interference.
Skin Irritations
The Smart Watch can cause skin irritation if not cleaned properly. Clean regularly with a soft, lint-free cloth. If any skin reaction occurs, stop using the Smart Watch and consult your doctor if the problem persists.
Electrostatic Discharges
In very dry environments, static electricity can build up. To minimize this risk, avoid using the Smart Watch in extremely dry conditions or touch a grounded, unpainted metal object before putting on the watch.
Important Driving Information
Discoloration of the connector and the bottom of the Smart Watch after continued use is considered normal and may be caused by dirt, debris, and moisture exposure.
