Installation Steps

  1. Step 1: Apply a bead of sealant to the base of the Spout Base (C) as shown, then turn upright.
  2. Step 2: Place the Spout Assembly (A) into the Spout Base (C) in the center opening of the sink.
  3. Step 3: Install the Mounting Bracket (K) and Mounting Plate (L) onto the shank of the Spout Assembly (A). For sink decks less than 1" thick, finger-tighten the bracket and plate with the Mounting Nut (M). For sink decks greater than 1" thick, only the Mounting Plate (L) is needed.
  4. Step 4: Attach the Mounting Tool (I) to the Mounting Bracket Nut (M) as shown. Hand tighten the nut.
  5. Step 5: Insert a screwdriver into the hole of the Mounting Tool (I). Further tighten the Mounting Bracket Nut (M).
  6. Step 6: Note: The Upper Mounting Washer (D) has "UP" for correct installation orientation.
  7. Step 7: Apply sealant into the underside groove of the Upper Mounting Washers (D) (x2). Flip them over to install onto the sink deck, right side up with "UP" visible.
  8. Step 8: Insert the hot and cold Valve Bodies (G) and (H) through the Mounting Washers (D) as illustrated.
  9. Step 9: Partially install screws into the Mounting Ring (F).
  10. Step 10: Slide the Mounting Washer (E) and Mounting Ring with screws (F) onto the hot Valve Body (G). Thread the Mounting Ring (F) and hand tighten.
  11. Step 11: Finish tightening with a screwdriver. Repeat steps 10 and 11 for the cold Valve Body (H).
  12. Step 12: Remove protective sleeves from Valve Bodies (G) and (H).
  13. Step 13: Attach the Quick Connect Hose (J) to the bottom of the spout assembly shank. Push the hose up as far as possible until a "click" is heard. Tug downward to test engagement. If necessary, press the button to disengage the hose.
  14. Step 14: Install the ends of the Quick Connect Hose (J) onto each valve body for correct installation orientation, as shown with the arrow facing up. Push hose ends up until a "click" is heard. Tug downward to test engagement.
  15. Step 15: Turn the stems of Valve Bodies (G) and (H) to the closed position.
  16. Step 16: Install faucet Handles (B) onto Valve Bodies (G) and (H).
  17. Step 17: Position Handles (B) pointing in the off direction. Holding one handle stationary, thread the base of the handle assembly onto the valve bodies clockwise until tightened to the deck.

Drain Installation

For Type A Waste Install: follow steps 18 - 20.

For Type B Waste Install: follow steps 21 - 29.

Drain Type A Installation

  1. Step 18: Clean the drain opening in the bottom of the sink. Place the Drain Body (P) with Gasket (Q) into the sink opening.
  2. Step 19: Install the Cone Gasket (R) onto the Drain Body (P). Tighten with the Drain Mounting Nut (S).
  3. Step 20: Install the Push-Down Drain Plug (O) into the Drain Body (P). Press down to activate the pop-up mechanism. Proceed to Step 30.

Drain Type B Installation

  1. Step 21: Clean the drain opening in the bottom of the sink.
  2. Step 22: Apply a generous amount of sealant to the underside of the Waste Seat (V). Insert the Waste Seat (V) through the sink drain opening.
  3. Step 23: Ensure the Drain Flange (W), Drain Gasket (X), and Drain Hex Nut (Y) are installed in order on the Waste Seat (V). Assemble the Tailpiece (Z) to the Waste Seat (V). Tighten by hand. Ensure the pivot rod opening on the Tailpiece (Z) points toward the faucet and wall.
  4. Step 24: Install the Lift Rod (T) through the faucet into the Lift Rod Strap (CC). Hand tighten the nut of the strap.
  5. Step 25: Make the final tightening of the Drain Hex Nut (Y) to the Tailpiece (Z) with a wrench. Insert the Waste Plug (U) into the sink opening.
  6. Step 27: Install the Pivot Rod (AA). It can be installed in two ways: next to the hole in the Waste Plug (U) for cleaning access, or inserted into the hole to prevent removal. Tighten the Pivot Rod Nut (BB).
  7. Step 28: Push the Pivot Rod (AA) down. Place the clip over the closest hole on the Lift Rod Strap (CC), then squeeze the Pivot Rod Clip (DD). Slide the Pivot Rod (AA) through the clip and strap holes.
  8. Step 29: Loosen the nut on the Lift Rod Strap (CC) to allow the Lift Rod (T) to rest in the faucet. Verify the Pivot Rod (AA) is pushed down and the Waste Plug (U) is open. Tighten the nut with a wrench.

Connecting Supply Lines

  1. Step 30: Attach flexible supply lines (not included) to the valve bodies as shown. Tighten with a wrench.
  2. Step 31: Connect the other ends of the supply lines to the stops.
  3. Step 32: Tighten the flexible supply lines to the stops with a wrench.
