Apple Independent Repair Provider Program Overview

This document outlines the criteria and process for organizations interested in becoming an Apple Independent Repair Provider. The application process involves submitting a business profile, required attachments, and may take six to eight weeks to complete.

Requirements

  1. Business Profile: Complete all required fields. Use 'n/a' if not applicable.
  2. Required Attachments: Submit photos (taken within the last 6 days) of each service location, including:
    • Entry front
    • Street frontage
    • Reception area

Note on Credit: Eligible applicants will receive a credit line for Apple purchases (tools, equipment, service parts). Organizations unable to meet credit requirements can submit an Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit, a cash deposit, or pay for parts in advance. Apple utilizes Dunn & Bradstreet for credit information. More details can be found at: https://www.dnb.com/duns-number.html

Submit the completed form and required pictures to IRPapplicant@apple.com. A reply referencing your request number will be sent. Please include this number in all correspondence. Apple reserves the right to determine eligibility and acceptance.
