IKEA "Last Pieces" Promotion Terms and Conditions
Promotion Period: April 1, 2025 – June 30, 2025
1. General Provisions
1.1. Promotion Name: "Last Pieces".
1.2. Organizer: IKEA Retail Sp. z o.o., located at Plac Szwedzki 3, 05-090 Raszyn, Poland. The company has a share capital of PLN 20,000,000.00 and is registered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000091681, REGON: 010577890, NIP: 527 010 33 85.
2. Promotion Usage Conditions
2.1. Promotion Duration: April 1, 2025 – June 30, 2025, or while promotional stock lasts.
2.2. Promotion Location: IKEA Bydgoszcz, ul. Skandynawska 1.
2.3. Promotion Scope: Applies to purchases made at the IKEA Bydgoszcz physical store.
2.4. Exclusions: Does not apply to orders fulfilled under the Distance Service Regulations.
2.5. Eligibility: Open to individuals with full legal capacity, legal entities, or organizational units granted legal capacity by law.
2.6. Target Audience: Primarily for retail customers purchasing IKEA goods in quantities typically bought by households or for business purposes. Not applicable for resale. IKEA employees may participate.
3. Detailed Promotion Conditions
3.1. Promotion Mechanism: Customers can purchase selected items at a reduced price. A list of participating items and discount amounts is provided in Appendix No. 1 to these Regulations.
3.2. Items Excluded from Promotion: Items listed in Appendix No. 1 that were purchased from the "Occasion for Everything" section, as well as custom-ordered items.
3.3. Frequency: Customers can participate multiple times during the promotion period.
3.4. Returns: Returning products purchased during the promotion means forfeiting participation in the promotion. The refund value is calculated based on the unit prices shown on the receipt or invoice.
4. Other Provisions
4.1. Acceptance: Participation in the promotion signifies confirmation of having read and accepted these Regulations.
4.2. Complaints: All complaints regarding the promotion should be submitted within 14 days of the promotion's end. Methods include:

- In person, in writing, at the IKEA Bydgoszcz Customer Service Department.
- By mail to the IKEA Bydgoszcz Store address (Customer Service Department Manager).
- By phone: 22 275 00 00 (charges apply based on operator's tariff).

4.3. Complaint Resolution: Complaints will be processed within 14 days.
4.4. Written Complaint Requirements: Must include customer contact details (name, address, phone number) and a description of the complaint.
4.5. Availability of Regulations: These Regulations are available at the IKEA Bydgoszcz store's Customer Service Department and on the website: ikea.pl/regulaminy.
4.6. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the execution of obligations related to this promotion will be settled by the competent common court.
4.7. Consumer Rights: For consumers or individuals whose concluded agreement is directly related to their economic activity, but not professionally relevant to it (as per Central Register of Economic Activity information), IKEA is liable for non-conformity of Goods and Services with the agreement under Article 43a et seq. of the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014. For other customers, IKEA is liable for product defects under Article 556 et seq. of the Civil Code.
4.8. Effective Date: These Regulations are effective from June 10, 2025.
